I felt like he really took the time to learn my preferences and budget to then give me the multiple options. Since I was new to the area he also gave me honest details with quality and even included delivery of the mattress to my apartment. In the meantime I was given a loaner mattress (free of charge) so that I didn't have to sleep on the floor until my bed arrived. When my bed did arrive the delivery was white glove service and they were in and out in 2 minutes. This review is long overdue as I purchased my mattress back in June. It was a really great process as I had used the "mattress in a box" for the past few years and needed a change. Upon arriving you do a sleep test where they analyze your sleep posture. Not sure how accurate it is but afterwards I got some great recommendations on 4-6 mattresses to try out based on my profile. I ended up getting a super comfy Serta with a pillow top. After 3 months of sleeping on it it's definitely way more comfortable than my old one and feels like a cloud. Had a great experience working Daniel Ross to find a mattress that works for my partner and I. We got the firmest possible mattress I have ever found. I'm a floor sleeper, but my partner is not. Most mattresses hurt my hips and back. She prefers a real bed as the floor is too hard without any cushioning. We ended up getting a queen sized Hotel Collection Extra firm mattress, and they hooked us up with frame, boxspring, covers and adjustable pillows thrown in for around $1600 total. The warrenty was well explained up front and we're getting free delivery. Compared to similar stores we found from bigger chains or online, this was a good value proposition. They have so many models that it can be confusing after a while and we were getting conflicting advice depending on where we went (all I can say is i definitely do not recommend buying directly from the Tempur pedic store- those salesmen are clueless).
