Brand effing new!!! No joke. Go here! I wish I had a before photo to show. I brought in a cheap synthetic rug I've had for 15+ years and never had cleaned. Traveled through seven different apartments with me. It had discolored from living part way under a bed frame for a number of years. I thought it was sun bleaching but I guess it was just dirt. That plus a few dog puke stains - I'd almost thrown the rug away. But I thought heck, why not try. Paying for cleaning is still cheaper than a whole new rug. Turns out, it was totally worth it. Every spill, dog puke stain, and what ever else completely gone. I was very impressed. The colors are just as bright as the day I bought it. When I picked up my rug, the guy informed me they had to wash it 3 times. I'm no rug cleaning expert, so given his tone, I can only presume 3 times was 2 times too many.
