We have had excellent experience with Pashgian Brothers and recommend them highly. They have been in the Persian rug business for decades. Technically, they know how Persian rugs are produced and how important their maintenance is. We do not know anybody who can match their knowledge and experience with Persian rugs. We have used their services a few times and we have been very impressed. They saved our one of a kind rug that has been in our family for over 90 years. It was damaged with carpet moths and they fixed it. They explained how it was damaged, the methods and processes they were going to use and what we could expect. They fixed it in such a way that even experts may not be able to notice the damages. We trust them absolutely when it comes to Persian carpets. Pashgian Brothers is the only place I will ever shop for a rug. We searches for months for a rug and simply did not like anything or the prices for the rugs we liked were absurd. This place has a variety of rugs- you seriously can't go wrong with finding a rug here. Plus the customer service was great. The workers took rugs down and laid them out for us so that we could see how they would look like on the floor or in a setting it would actually be in. I took two rugs home to figure out which one looked better in our space. The owner say we could take both rugs home and if it didn't work- we could return it - but one of the rugs look absolutely stunning in my space so were keepingg it! I purchased a rug from Pashgian Brothers for my mothers birthday last week. I honestly knew nothing about rugs but my mother was hunting that she needed a new rug for her living room. I was also unsure about what color and design to pick out. However, the owner David helped me pick out a right design and color just by showing him photos of my moms living room. One of my favorites rugs recently had water damage and a few torns and seriously needed major repair. I found Pashgian Brothers on Yelp and took my rug to them and they told me that they could fix it. At first, I was hesitant to give my rug to them because I didn't believe it would be fixed the way I wanted it to be. I didn't think it would be worth it to pay. However, I agreed to level it and after a few weeks when I went to get my rug it looks practically brand NEW! Seriously, Pashgian Brothers work is unbelievable. A few weeks ago while doing a clean up job at the San Dimas Royal Mobile Home Park I came accross what looked like a persion rug it was set out by the dumpster so I asked around and Ir had been there for a week or so. Long story short I rescued it from the dumpster and took it over the Pashgian Brothers Oriental rug store, at 993 E. COLORADO BL. PASADENA, CA., 91106. I remembered they also do oriental/persion rug cleaning. I wish I'd taken before and after puctures, but just the same I'm extremely happy with the results after the rug was cleaned. When my father died last August, I inherited two of his rugs: a Kerman and a Tabriz. The rugs had been neglected for fifty years. They were filthy. The fringe appeared ruined and there was moth damage. I had the rugs shipped across country and Pashgian picked them up still in their shipping crates. My expectations were not high for the results. I was wrong!! The rugs are completely restored. The colors are once again vibrant. Even the fringe looks good. I would not trust my rugs to anyone except Pashgian. I recently moved, bringing with me 2 rugs inherited from my late husband's parents in the UK. Each had been rolled hastily in its now-decomposing pad. Within 2 hours of my initial call, expert help arrived, examined each rug, prescribed treatment and cleaning, and disposed of the old pads.
