If you are shopping for a mattress in LA, this is where to do it. Don't go anywhere else. Come here…read morefirst, you'll be glad you did. My day started off quite difficult, I had gone to three other mattress stores in old town, and none of them could work with my $1,100 budget. I know that things are expensive these days, but it seemed to me that my budget was substantial. Not only this, but these other stores couldnt get me a mattress in under six weeks, which seemed just as bananas. I was about to give up when I decided to stop by the Mattress Store on Lake Ave. When I walked in, I was greeted by the incredible Joshua, and he turned my day around immediately. After explaining my situation, he assured me that he had multiple options for me, and the mattress could be delivered in a matter of days, not weeks. I breathed my first deep breath in hours. Thank you, Joshua! He helped me decide on a new mattress in my budget, and he was truly knowledgeable about each product. I have family who works in the furniture industry, so when I asked about the quality of the mattress in those industry terms, he was able to respond to my questions knowledgably and with the professionalism I did not find at those other stores. When my mattress was delivered a few days later, the team brought it in my new apartment and set it down right where it needed to be. This team was also kind and professional. I will be forever grateful to Jonathan and the team at the Mattress Store for their help, their incredible collection of mattresses, and for helping turn my day around that Friday afternoon. THANK YOU!

My daughter & I walked in looking for a mattress and Stephanie (Store Manager) was wonderful. She…read morewas so welcoming and was very nice, and knowledgeable of different mattress and also your needs. She asked questions to help find the right mattress for my daughter. She spent a lot of time explaining the different types of mattresses without giving us any pressure to purchase. She gave us private time to talk about it and when and if we were ready then we went to get here. She was honest and did not want us to spend money if it wasn't needed. Since my daughter was young she felt that she didn't need to spend a lot of money since it's not going to be lifelong. We totally appreciated her honesty. The price of the mattress was reasonable too. I would definitely come back and request for Stephanie to help me again when needing to purchase mattresses. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. Thank you Stephanie for making this a wonderful experience for my daughter and I.

I was mis-led about the…read moreterms of the agreement with Synchrony and have been bounced from one person to another person to resolve an over-charge even after the store manager (Stephanie) and Regional Manager (Jason Flowers) agreed this was their error. I was going to chalk this up as an oversight, but after getting the run around, I've decided to share my negative experience. AND.... I am not very happy with the $5k mattress on top of it. After a few months, it started to sink / droop on my side of the bed (I'm 185 lbs) and when I called the store to express my concern I was told to walk on the bed in the areas that are not sinking / drooping.

The cushions had become too soft, so after discussing options and seeing his previous work, we decided on a full reupholstery. He suggested replacing the three seat cushions with a single one to prevent that sinking-in feeling, and it was the best advice for comfort! We also went from 3 back pillows to 2 to give it a cleaner, more modern look. Noé also took the time to guide me through fabric options to match my interior style. He even created a custom ottoman to replace my loveseat in a crowded living room. The way he blended elegance and comfort makes me feel like I have a brand-new piece of furniture. I couldn't be happier with the result!

Prices range from about $700 to $900 for a single chair, up to $12,000 for a sofa sectional. They boast real Italian leather, and actually imported from Italy. 80% of the items on their showroom floor are imported, and 20% US made. The designs are very impressive, ultra modern and looks & feels of quality. The level of service matched the store, very professional, not pushy and offered more of an introduction of the furniture they carry, as opposed to pushing you to buy something. Attached to the showroom is a section for kitchens, also very high end. The cabinets, the quartz countertops, the metallic mosaic backsplash and even the hinges are all of high quality, and you can actually feel the workmanship that goes into everything. Although what they have is way above our price range & budget, I still enjoyed browsing through their showroom and not being harassed about buying something. Their professionalism, pleasant personalities, very modern furniture and complete kitchens left a strong impression. I will be back, but strongly depends on me picking the right 6 digits for Powerball. For anyone who has the budget for this price tag, I recommend you check them out!
