I found this place on Yelp and although there's not a lot of review I decided to come here anyway. At first I couldn't find the place because the store name is different. This is a warehouse and there is a parking lot next to it. Once you walk in the owner will greet you and take you upstairs for the showroom. Since I couldn't find the place I called him and he came down to find me instead. The showroom is bigger than most places I've been to but the light is a bit dim so you might not see the true color of furnitures. I found this coffee table at the back of the room and it was lower than $100! Other places I've been to were trying to sell me $399 or $450 coffee tables which is outrageous! The cons to this coffee table is that there is one missing screw and the glass wasn't attached to the table. The guy told us that we can buy glue from Home Depot and we did. So it's a small diy project at home. I didn't mind because I didn't want to spend too much on a coffee table. We also bought a tv stand from them but I'll have to wait until end of July for delivery. It was under $300 and it's also free delivery. I spent $35 more for assembly at my place. Hopefully the tv stand is similar to the catalog! If you're looking for affordable furnitures be sure to check them out.

Since I don't see everything I like in the show room, I showed Jason pictures of what's my style (modern and minimalist), he quickly found the ones I like in the catalog. Their price is great and they work with me on the delivery schedule! On the day of the delivery, his two workers were so efficient, friendly and courteous. They assembled my furnitures quickly and leave no mess! I am very impressed with the quality of these furnitures and I don't think you need to go anywhere else to shop around. I like their no pressure and willing to help attitude! I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely go back there again !

My family came here a month and a half ago to purchase a TEMPUR Mattress and Base. We asked about…read morereturn policy and Raul assured us that if we didn't like it after 120 days, we could always return or exchange. He made us feel like this purchase was super safe and that we had a lot of options so we shouldn't be concerned. Flash forward a month and a half, we feel that the mattress is too firm/not comfortable for sleeping overnight. We've had guests over who like firm mattresses and they also said they would wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. We called to see if we could exchange to the Medium Hybrid and they said we would need to pay $250 to exchange and it would become final sale. This made us very hesitant as we were now no longer confident that we would be happy even if we switched the mattress. This was also not specified when we bought the mattress that the exchange would become final sale. After a lot of thought and considering the mattress is thousands of dollars, we decided to return as a whole. They then told us that we cannot return the base. This felt super misleading because as a customer, why would we want to keep the base if we aren't getting the mattress? They said that it's because it's compatible with other mattresses but that's also assuming that you are getting a foam mattress elsewhere. In the end to return, they subtract any discounts you got on other items (even though you are forced to still keep a purchase of thousands of dollars) and have to pay the $250 restocking fee. They make the idea of returning complicated and unattractive which was the exact opposite vibe when we purchased. I ultimately did not appreciate this experience or sales practice because it felt misleading to only disclose positive parts and none of the negative parts when we explicitly asked about the return policy. He mentioned that it was on the receipt which is provided AFTER the purchase is made. I would not recommend buying from Mattress Firm at all. Save yourself the headache.
