After a couple minutes of knocking and pressing the service doorbell, no one answered, leaving me no choice but to cut a car off at the drive thu window. After pleading with them to let her use the restroom considering we were just in there a few minutes prior, they refused to open up the restroom, claiming it was closed for the night, no exceptions. I explained to them that she is stating she cannot hold it much longer, and they refused to budge and told us to kick rocks and take her somewhere else. So I ran across the parking lot, and luckily, Tastea was still open. The staff was in the middle of closing procedures and explained their bathroom had just been cleaned and was technically closed too. But after I explained the situation, they let her in anyway, and she made it just in time. I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at Tastea. It was late, their bathroom was already clean and closed, and they had every right to say no. Instead, they chose to do something simple and human that a billion-dollar company wouldn't. Thank you.
