A real surprise was the Kalamata Shrimp. It was good when I had it hot, but it was terrific when I had it the next day straight out of the refrigerator! A word to the chef: it would make a great cold salad! One taste and I never bothered to heat it up! We had several other dishes and they were all good. The only negative comment I must make is that the New Mexico Twist grilled chicken dish that we ordered to take out to a family member who could not accompany us was completely without chicken! If you've never been to the Ballston spa location and it's your first time, things to know: - tables for about 12 people in the restaurant at a time (no larger parties) - it gets warm in there, no matter the season! - they serve canned drinks and bottled water, so if you're a guzzler, bring your large reusable water bottle My favorite part was how the hummus was the best hummus I've had in years.
