Can't go wrong with a burger or wings. So good. Tons of other food choices. Fun friendly local bar

Not good after Covid19. What is the Bartender really trying to charge me $24 for a green tea cocktail. I said can you make me a green tea cocktail instead of a shot. She said yeah I have to charge you six dollars 4 times. WTH! CRAZY! She doesn't even know how to make mixed drinks. This place has gone down. So Sad! There is actually a little girl in this bar dancing and hopping all over the place just Nuts!

This is a little gem located in Silverton Ohio. It's a wonderful neighborhood bar that has darts games and great food. The burgers are great and beautifully cooked. I had the potato skins which hit the spot. Some nights they have live music. The staff is friendly. The bartenders makes a salty delicious dirty vodka martini. The owner Jeff is usually there to greet his customers.

    Pizza and quesadilla.

Neighborhood bar and grill. Food is excellent whether you want pizza, burgers, quesadillas, apps, etc. and a great place to hang out too. Family friendly. Dart boards. Stopped here multiple times during covid pandemic and had excellent service. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want a welcoming place with good food and drink.

Who still has a cigarette machine? $7.50 a pack! Glad I dont smoke!

The cool parts: old school cigarette machines, pool table, dart board, old school arcade games. Food came out quick and it was a great price. The not so cool part: it was one of those places you know you don't belong in as soon as you walk in. Luckily I was with a coworker and fellow Yelper. Had a weird vibe for such a short period inside. Ceiling tiles are DISGUSTING! They are brown from grease and cigarettes I guess. I felt like you could smell them. They really should address this. They make the place look dark and dank but not in a cool way. The burger hit the spot but it was not anything to write mom about. Honestly, this seems like a place I wouldn't visit too often if ever. I'm all for local spots for locals and experiencing the culture of a place but all I could think of while I was there were the disgusting ceiling tiles. I wish I had taken a picture but I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, I took my food to go. Not so humbly submitted, King Michael C.

This is water with a side of taco salad. Yuck

Two thumbs down. Sandwich had big hair on the plate. Taco salad was so watery it dtipped of fork with the few bites I was able to force down. Yuck

I stopped by to get a salad for and it was made wrong twice but they handled it so promptly and very kindly. I felt bad but they reassured me it wasn't my fault. I recently had an issue with a local restaurant where the owner berated me for a mistake they made so this was such a breath of fresh air. I'm a faithful customer and I'll continue to come back. Excellent place for my family. P.S. the Kenwood salad, enchiladas, fish sandwich, and margherita salad add prosciutto are some of my favorites! Honestly everything on the menu is good, you won't be disappointed.

They don't give anything out like numbers but a device that looks like you would get when you are on a wait list and the lights would go off. Well to my surprise they use it for your table location which they bought my fries out first and dropped them off at the table. The food came out shortly after that. Everything was good and surprisingly barramuñdi filet was delicious. Never had it before. The first with the aioli was good and the wife enjoyed the pizza. It doesn't have waitresses so you have to get your own refills. We definitely go back when I am at the mall.

Oh. My. Gosh. SO so good…read more We started with the lavender lemonade mocktail -- which I absolutely added tequila to -- and it was smooth, refreshing, and dangerously delicious. 10/10 would order again exactly the same way. For appetizers, we got the whipped feta. Delicious, creamy, and perfect for sharing -- but fair warning: avoid the peppers if you're not into a little kick. They sneak up on you! My friend and I split the house salad and WOW. A complete showstopper. So fresh, the vinaigrette was bright and delightful, and those fresh bacon bits? Chef's kiss. It's rare that a house salad stands out like that, but this one absolutely did. Now let's talk about the prime rib. I typically do not like steak or prime rib... but our waitress recommended it as the best thing on the menu, and honestly the Yelp photos had already convinced me. When I tell you it was BOMB -- I mean it. So tender. So flavorful. Perfectly cooked. Paired with broccolini and mashed potatoes, it was a whole experience. To end the night, we shared the apple tart with cinnamon ice cream -- warm, sweet, comforting, and the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Great service, incredible food, and such a vibe. I cannot wait to come back.

I got the lavender lemonade mocktail which was delicious and refreshing without being too floral or soapy. For dinner I got the braised short rib which was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The bone marrow demi glaze I could have a bowl of that stuff is phenomenal. The broccolini was roasted perfectly but I felt the potatoes could've used more seasoning. My mother got the lemon chicken pasta, which was good at the time, but when she got home it did not sit well with her. All in all, I would come back for the short rib, and I hope Alara finds a new location soon. The inside is nice and romantic seating, but it is cold ... like bring a jacket and it seems it doesn't matter the season it is colder inside because I saw a google review that also mentioned the temperature of the dining room.

To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

Started with the packed-with-flavor tuna tartlet, and it just got better from there! The Cherry tomato salad was such a different/ unique approach. Petite, but mighty with flavor, and I especially loved the spicy kick finish left on my taste buds. As a mushroom lover, I was thankfully steered toward the chestnut anolini and I absolutely loved it. Hubby loved his snap peas-carrots-beets salad, and the bite I had (despite not loving a couple of those items) had me thinking I made a mistake. The almond cake dessert with almond rosettes was next level amazing. It's restaurants like this that make me less apt to throw around 5 star reviews elsewhere, because most places don't deserve it, but this one does. I'll be back here every time I'm in Cincy!

I was beyond impressed with the precise timing of being served, dishes being cleared, and drinks being poured. Everyone was incredibly kind and balanced small talk with fun details about the various dishes and the restaurant itself. It's worth mentioning that many, if not all, of the greens and flowers come from Chef Blackman's own backyard. We learned that literally everything is made in house, minus the bread, which comes from a shop right across the street. In my humble opinion, the chef's table experience is second to none in Cincinnati. It obviously comes with a premium, but I would choose Wildweed over a Jeff Ruby's any night of the week.
