I will never go back. I was a loyal customer for years and if I could give 0 stars I would. Not even 24 hours ago I got a French tip mani and pedi. The nail polish peeled off on its own. I was told they did $35 for hands, $35 with feet for the gel, so $70 total. Then I was told since I was a good customer the total was $49. My mother heard this too as the woman said, "You regular, so you get a good discount, thank you." She was very polite. Then afterwards my nails peeled and I had to go back the next day. I walked in very polite and said, "Hi can I speak to someone privately?" In front of everyone very nicely so that nobody but the woman in charge heard our conversation. My father was behind me and she played it like she was going to fix it for me saying, "Oh sweetie that's weird ok" and as soon as he left said "Oh no, that no gel sorry, oh well, sorry they chip easily without gel" and PROCEEDED to DENY that they gave me a discount a day and a half ago and that I paid $44!!! For the regular polish. They denied what they said and said I'd have to pay $20 for them to re do it in gel and said they were giving me a discount since it was $35 originally. Such a rip off. I got them done my father came back angry and paid then stormed out and we aren't going back. I can't believe they did business that way. They always went out of their way for me telling me about themselves and buying things for me so I could pay back later, I thought we had something good going on. Then a woman there took away my seat, and the owner, who said absolutely nothing, let me sit at one of the tables to which the manicurist that did my gel ones made me move to the seat over even though it was at the same table after I was standing for 30 minutes because of a self entitled customer. read more

This nail shop is EXTREMELY professional! I like how all of the staff wears aprons with the new of the salon on them. O was able to walk straight in and get a pedi on a SATURDAY morning! Do not spend your money at this nail shop. Their customer service skill level is in the negative range. I went there to have my daughters nails done. I work in construction and still had my work clothes on, therefore I was very dirty. My daughter was dressed in a plain t-shirt, sweats with sports slippers. When I walked in it took a couple of minutes before anyone spoke. The person that finally spoke looked at me from my face down to my shoes. She looked at my daughter the same way, which I felt was very rude. She didn't say hi or hello, she said "what you need". I replied "a full set please" she who I'm assuming was the person in charge proceeded to say "come back tomorrow we busy". My daughter and I arrived at 3:50, the business closed at 7:00. Half of the chairs the salon were empty. My instinct tells me that we were refused service because of our attire. It's obvious they were not that busy. Refusing service to us is their loss, we would have been a repeat customer and I'm a generous tipper. Needless to say another nail salon received our money. read more

I have been coming here since I was in high school. Diane, the owner, did my nails for my wedding and continues to do them to this day! I have tried other salons and none compare to the look and lasting of my nails done at Silver Nails! The entire staff are friendly, remembering my name, style preferences, and my family! The chairs and facility are comfortable and clean and I would not trust anyone or anywhere else to do my nails. I have a standing appointment every three weeks and could go longer, if necessary, without my nails lifting or looking dingy. They look the same weeks later with shine and shape. I saw the great reviews about this place and it was near where i worked so I decided to give them a try and I am glad that I did! I believe the girl who did my nails was named Jane. Hi I recently relocated from another state and I am sure many of you know when you are satisfied with a great nail salon then relocate it can be challenging to seek another salon suited to a person's liking. My previous salon used new nail equipment for each customer and although I know I cannot expect that from every nail salon, I am most concerned about the methods they use to maintain a good standard of cleanliness. My technician was pleasant yet she wet a little wipe cloth directly on the manicure table then began to take off my polish with the cloth. I am not sure how the utensils are cleaned. I observed a glass with the blue sanitizing liquid in it but no utensils were there. Therefore, I just got a manicure no pedicure. The price is very reasonable but i would be willing to pay more for a cleaner environment. The customers who were there most of them had gel nails and they do look very nice so if your priority is inexpensive and desire a gel manicure this may be the place, I guess it is a matter of priority.
