Amazing food and vibe. Highly recommend the whipped feta and I hate feta but ate 2 orders of this. The Meza options are great and we opted for the olives, beets and humus. Humus was okay, the warm pita was delicious along with some of the sweetest tomatoes and carrots I've had this season. Drinks were on point and refreshing for the patio. The Shuk espresso Martina was perfect post drive in from NC and the start to a fabulous evening on the town.

The food was top notch . Great service and a lively upscale atmosphere. Came to Savanna for the day and found this gem . Food was seasoned to perfection. Nice shady outdoor seating . Inside was beautiful as well .

I stopped by for a late lunch and was immediately struck by the clean, inviting aesthetic of the place. You order at the counter, and they provide a number for your table. The server was friendly and patiently answered all our questions, which made the experience even better. I went with a bowl featuring green chicken shawarma over a greens base, and it was exactly what I wanted (light, fresh, and packed with flavor). The chicken was perfectly seasoned with a vibrant, herby blend, and the dressing it came with was a delicious touch. I was so impressed with the meal that I forgot to take any pictures! Highly satisfied and will definitely be back.

Shuk is located at the corner of Anderson and Habersham inside an old coffee shop. It has lots of inside sitting along with outside tables and a small bar toward the back which your furry babies are welcome to sit in as well. There is a walk up window and a few parking spots on the side off Anderson street or you can find lots of free parking on the street. Their menu is a mix of mediterranean meets middle eastern. There is something for everyone and everything is reasonably priced. On the weekends they offer brunch. The baked omelets are delicious served with hummus and a tomato & cucumber salad on top. Many dishes are marked for allergies and many things can be made gluten free, vegetarian or vegan if you just ask. They have bowls which can be made with rice or greens for a salad, pitas, different type of hummus dishes served with fresh pita which is perfect if you just want something to nibble on. They also have coffee... with a small selection of sweets if you would prefer. Their chai is delicious with just the right mix of spices and cinnamon. During the holidays they have a winter wonderland bar set up with white lights and a winter drink theme menu. Along with live music during the week.

Perfect spot to grab a healthy meal. Great service each time we have come. I enjoy that this place is not on the main tourist strip so the ambience is more relaxed. I would still consider this walking distance from Forsyth park.

We came in for the Holiday pop up, Chalet. So cute! It definitely is more winter themed than Christmas, which is a nice variation from the other pop ups around Savannah. Great drink selection and super cute decor. Surprisingly, my fav holiday pop up so far.

Supper club review: wonderful conversations, excellent flavors, something for everyone! I heard about their supper club from their email listserv. When I saw the email come in, I knew tickets would sellout quickly and they did! Sign-up was easy. Tickets were$75 for 3 courses but he courses were served family style for most things except one app and the dessert. Every course except dessert had multiple dishes and the food was excellent so well worth it! They had the option of an additional wine pairing ticket to buy but I opted out since I was driving myself I did order one glass of red with dinner and that was perfect. Appetizers: Brisket bites (family style) - meat was so flavorful and tender! The pita was puffy and robust. I loved the pomegranate seeds on this. Beef zucchini rolls (plated) - ground beef was flavorfulamd not heavy. I loved the spiced sauce. Had a little bit of heat to it. Mains (family style): Wild Rice Dates Salad - fresh with so many great textures. I lo ed the roasted chickpeas in this. Added a great crunchy! Braised Short Rib Mujadara - meat was phenomenal. Full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and moist. The carrots were something else! They were cooked in Hunter Cattle tallow which added this full flavor to them Shawarma Chicken Thighs - my favorite main dish. Thighs were sliced and presented in a colorful dish of delicious hazelnut muhamurrah. I loved the sliced peppers on top which added a good spiciness for me. Dessert: Chocolate cookie with Matcha pistachio semi-freddo (plated) - how did we have space for dessert you might be wondering? I have no idea! I could only eat some of this. Some folks took their cookies home and are the semi-freddo there. The cookies were BUTTERY like on a whole other level from any I've had before. Aside from the amazing food, I also had the pleasure of sitting with Del and Debra of Hunter Cattle. Del gave a short talk before the food about how they started Hunter Cattle as a way to grow their own food for family health concerns. Sitting with them, I was able to learn more about them and their farm. Unforgettable! Next time: I'll definitely do a future supper club and bring a friend!

Yummy Mediterranean food in the Victorian district near a SCAD building. Interesting wine list and friendly servers.

I've had the chance to visit The Lost Square both during the winter and this past week during the summer. They have a great view of the river and cozy lounge seating, as well as a full bar. The first time I visited was near Christmas and it was freezing outside, but they had a burning fireplace and the cutest little enclosed glass houses you could sit in to enjoy your drinks. During my recent visit, we had our 1 yr old son with us and decided to have dinner there and enjoy the weather. I had the Valencian Spritz (reposado, orange aperitif wine, fresh orange, white pepper, and cava) which was the perfect summer drink. My husband had the Soft Light mocktail (zero proof gin, papaya, kefir, and saline). For food, we started with the Labneh dip topped with olive oil, za'atar, and honey with fresh pitas on the side. Wow, this has got to be the best pita I've ever had. They were so fluffy, warm, and well seasoned. We even got a second order. The labneh dip was phenomenal -- highly recommend for an appetizer or just a snack. We also shared to the falafel bites and the Alida Burger which was very tasty! We'll definitely be back for another visit the next time we're in Savannah!
