Located in a converted trailer house, this place is a hidden gem. It was very clean, cool, and the staff was very attentive. I was craving poke and saw that this place had good reviews. First off, a 12.99 poke bowl is almost unheard of. It's a deal! The rice was cooked well, which already makes this place above poke chains. I got the salmon bowl and it was delicious, the fish was cold and fresh. The only thing I think I would change is the order which they construct the poke bowl. I prefer my flavoring to go on the fish, onions, and edamame instead of putting the sauces on the completed bowl. Other than that, I will be here again!

Suchi Express is in what appears to be a business duplex on Anderson Mill Road...other half is empty with many stacked boxes. If you blink you might miss it. Suchi Express lived up to its name as it delivered my shrimp tempura roll in less than 5 minutes. It was fast with fresh ingredients. Unique to this roll was the tempura as it was crunchier than the standard tempura. Suchi Express would work great for those folks on their lunch break or taking a quick break from work. Suchi Express is very reasonably priced with most items of interest were under $10 and as low as $4.99. Great value for the price... The décor is pretty basic with an Asian influence through prints throughout the restaurant. Suchi Express is super clean with sparkling white floors. The staff were super friendly and very willing address your dining needs.

Such a cute little sushi restaurant! We were in the area and couldn't figure out what to get and found Sushi Express! We ordered the tuna tower, shrimp tempura roll and a poke bowl. All were fantastic and such a great price! Our waiter was very helpful and so friendly. I think a lot of their business is from call in orders but when we went we were the only family there. Food came out fresh and fast! If you're in the area you really should check out this place!

Super authentic Chinese dishes, using good ingredients and seasoning really well. Will come back again. Recommend whole fish dish, fish is very fresh and tender.

Every dish is super tasty. The fragrance of the dishes is on point. Wish it could be spicier. 菜很香。再辣些就好了。水煮肥肠最好吃,很软。Will come again!

The ambiance was amazing and the food was even better! While not exactly what we were expecting, the service was amazing and wonderfully quick :)

My mom is also Chinese immigrant, she's been an avid fan of your Youtube channel for a while and has followed the ups and downs of your journey starting the sushi small business. She doesn't even live in Texas but phoned me the moment your store opened so I could Uber Eats the place. Very reasonable prices, great portions and it tastes fresh and amazing!! Attached some photos of my half eaten sushi lol

The Chinese Sticky Rice is always a favorite. Also ordered the Truffle Egg Fried rice and Birds Nest with Seasonal Vegetable. The Truffle rice is so flavorful like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Birds Nest is made with fried potato shreds which contain the a variety of vegetables including cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms and asparagus. The nest is also edible and has a crunchy texture. Service was fine but we were out front on the patio and though our waiter was attentive while we ordered, we ended up finishing and waiting 40 minutes for someone to come by so we could grab the check. I ended up just heading inside and the maître d' was able to close us out. Tables around us were open so I'm not sure what had them held up, and it could've been a one off, but definitely not ideal at this price point.

My boyfriend and I came here because of the great reviews, but unfortunately our visit was nothing like we expected. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The host literally pointed to our table instead of walking us to it, which immediately felt unwelcoming. No one introduced themselves or even told us who our server was, so we never knew anyone's name throughout the entire meal. Throughout our meal, no one checked on us even once, and we had to flag our waiter down multiple times whenever we needed something. Plates and drinks were also repeatedly slammed down on the table, which came across as rude and unprofessional. Every interaction felt rushed, and the staff acted like they were annoyed we were there. The customer service was awful, and it made for a really unpleasant first experience. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

While I've yet to find a Korean joint with a proper Korean mandoo on offer, Chinese varieties are thriving with the likes of Julie's Noodles, Steamies, Lin's and, the subject of my review, Dumpling World. Definitely don't expect ambiance here. After suffering the Triangle's persistent lack of parking, you'll walk into this place and find a really spare, almost utilitarian set up that screams "we mean business." They definitely mean business. I've probably been here a good 5-6 times, and have tried almost everything on the menu. Soup dumplings shine -- my daughter refuses to eat them anywhere else -- and their recently introduced thumb buns, which I think are fried mini soup dumplings, just ooze flavor. More traditional half-moon dumplings, no matter your filling of choice, steamed or fried, never disappoint. Don't ignore the non-dumpling items too. I don't know what the seasoning is in their green beans, but it's ridiculously delicious. You'll never look at green beans or haricot vert the same way ever again. Good, but unremarkable, are the soups and stews. Better to get those at other Chinese eateries. I don't mean to dissuade anyone from those, but did you really come to a place called Dumpling World to eat anything but dumplings? It gets crowded here at times so I recommend trying on a weekday evening. Uniformly, whether it's packed or slow, service is quick and courteous. With dumplings this good, it's clear that humility is one of the key ingredients to their consistency and quality.
