Which does mean you have to follow the rules, but what you get is the peace of mind that your unit is safe from theft or damage. Accessing the unit is easy, the bay is huge, the elevators are large, and I've never had to wait on someone else to access my unit. They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. I highly recommend this place especially if your items are valuable or would benefit from temperate control.

Move in was easy, I was able to drive up and park right next to the door and borrow their carts, use the freight elevator and load up the unit quickly. The place is not shiny or fancy by any means, but they have excellent safety measures and inside the building is clean and dry (no weird smells). When I first got it, it was 50% off the first three months and then went to the regular price at $85. I got an 8x10 unit and this was a good price when i got it about a year ago. Since then they have slowly increased my price to $128 a month. That's over a 50% increase in one year. And the thing that gets me is the same unit is still $85 for new customers (not including the 3 months of 50% off). It's ridiculous that they increase the price so much for existing customers. I even wrote an email to them to try to negotiate on the price but never received a response. At this point I'm just going to have to find a new storage unit because I simply cannot afford the price anymore. I wish they would actually value existing clients rather than squeezing as much money out of them.

We rented 15' moving truck for 2 days. We spent a lot of money filling up the truck the night before returning. Unfortunately something happened overnight. Gasoline smells everywhere and there's gas leak signs on the ground. The tank dropped to 30% next morning. Weird situation and we were so surprised. During backing up, engine also shuts down saying "no gas" on dash even though meter says 30%. I reported the situation upon return and the staff handled it professionally. We are very thankful to the staff here. Other U-Haul locations don't have as excellent service as here. I would definitely recommend this station more than any other U-Haul branches in the big Seattle area. Thank you
