In hindsight, that price feels less like an actual offer and more like a "welcome brochure" written by someone who knows you won't be paying it for long. The facility itself is fine. Four walls, a door, does what it says on the tin. No complaints there. The pricing, however, is where things get creative. After about 8 months, my rent quietly leveled up to $115/month for the exact same unit. No upgrades, no changes, no additional services--just a new number that appears on your bill like it was always meant to be there. Meanwhile, new customers are still being brought in at around $70-75/month. So the system is clearly working: step one, get you in with a normal-ish price; step two, remind you that stability is a myth. When I asked about it, I was given the classic "economic factors" explanation, which has become the modern equivalent of shrugging while your wallet disappears. It's hard not to notice the pattern here. It feels less like pricing and more like a slow game of "how much inconvenience will you tolerate before moving all your stuff just becomes your second job." And honestly, it fits right in with the general theme of modern life, where everything vaguely necessary seems designed with a quiet assumption that you will eventually run out of energy to keep arguing about it. So yes--technically it's a storage unit. But it also doubles as a gentle reminder that the starting price is more of a mood than a promise. If you're considering renting here, just assume the advertised rate is the opening chapter, not the story you're actually signing up for.

We rented 15' moving truck for 2 days. We spent a lot of money filling up the truck the night before returning. Unfortunately something happened overnight. Gasoline smells everywhere and there's gas leak signs on the ground. The tank dropped to 30% next morning. Weird situation and we were so surprised. During backing up, engine also shuts down saying "no gas" on dash even though meter says 30%. I reported the situation upon return and the staff handled it professionally. We are very thankful to the staff here. Other U-Haul locations don't have as excellent service as here. I would definitely recommend this station more than any other U-Haul branches in the big Seattle area. Thank you

I waited in line for more than 10 minutes while the UPS clerk tried to print off legal documents for two unrelated groups of people ahead of me. He printed the pages off wrong, then, mixing up the pages, gave the wrong documents to the wrong customer, waited for the customers to figure out the mistakes, reprinted and resorted everything, and finally, after several false starts, succeeded in giving each customer whatever it was they came in for. Next there was a whole rigmarole for a family which needed passport photos. Although they clearly described what they needed, the UPS clerk seemed to refuse to understand that, although there were three people in the family, only two of them needed passport photos. Then the clerk took a break to stock the supply shelves. And then, finally, he came to me. It took literally less than 30 seconds for the clerk to scan my QR code and accept my pre-prepared box for return. WHY, WHY, ten or more minutes earlier, couldn't the clerk have simply asked "Is that just a drop-off? I can handle that for you right now."?? He could have said this to me, for instance, while the first customers were trying to figure out what was wrong with the incorrect, scrambled legal documents he had handed them. I was pretty much stuck with UPS for my Amazon return. From my treatment this morning, it's obvious to me that UPS does not value my time. The UPS customer service I got was disrespectful at best.
