He asked if I was joking when I texted the request. Cracked the 2 fuel filters & bled the 4 fuel injector lines, went back to his shop to get extra diesel, jumped the battery because it was drained & was done in under an hour about 9:30pm Friday night. A live person actually picked up the phone and the interaction was very helpful and professional. No automated messages or options to "press 1 for hours of operation" nonsense. Fast forward to the day of the move when we rented the UHaul truck and I was so happy that I decided on West Coast. Phil was very friendly, professional, and everything happened speedily. It was late at night, I was leaving a party and my car wouldn't start. I didn't have any jumper cables on me and most of my friends were busy or drinking.
