Amazing service !! Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was very professional and made me feel a lot better about my first time moving . I do a lot of art projects and was so afraid that they would get damaged during the move because of how far they'd be traveling but that was not the case at all. Everything was packed very carefully and all got to my new home in one piece ! They were on time , respectful , and very organized. I really didn't think I could trust anyone but myself with my artwork until now but they showed me that they genuinely cared and that took a lot of stress off for me. I am more than happy with the service at Shepherd International and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving internationally !

This Place was AMMAAAZING!! I needed a trust worthy place to ship my stuff from my house to my new house in Canada! and the guys who were moving my stuff made me feel very comfortable! Were extremely timely! Very respectful to me and my stuff. My stuff got to my new house SOOOO FAST!!! I was shocked! Super happy about these guys! So trust worthy!

Absolutely incredible! I can't praise what these guys did with helping me enough! Before moving from Seattle to London, i thought it was going to be horrible. I thought I'd be stressed out of my mind whether it was something breaking and having paid movers for a horrible job but they did the complete opposite and , and tonproved me wrong. They worked with the utmost respect for me and with due diligence. Got to set up a date for when we were planning on moving out. They came on time, took care of what i needed to pack up without damaging any of it. What impressed me more was how fast all of my stuff got delivered to the UK all the while being in tact. I will definitely be using their services again and recommend anyone who is moving from the US to Europe to as well!

Terrible experience with the service. I'm sending my car…read morefrom Seattle to San Jose The company required FULL PAYMENT 1 day before pick up. Cancellation fee $150 if you're not inform them 5 days before the reservation day which is understandable until you there is a PROBLEM. They scheduled a 3days window for pick up from Fri - Sun. Then 1 day before the pick up the gave me a 6HOURS window from 1PM - 6PM on Friday. The driver that texted me name Andy (this gentleman has ZERO idea whats called customer service) he's from the 3rd party company name ELITE SERVICE. He didnt let me change the it from Fri to Sat by texting "No, tomorrow only". Because of the company's policies so I'm okay with that but had to change the pick up destination to my wife's work place. On Friday I heard nothing back from the company eventhough it's 5h30pm. Texted Andy the driver, called him multiple times but there's no answers, not even a message. I had to messaged Reece the receptionist, tried to reach Rebecca the accoutant, John from DispacthTeam still no replies. 6h30pm none of the staffs answer my calls, texts or emails. At this point I just want to cancel my reservation but they took the whole payment already and not sure if there's gonna be a conpensation as the company didnt keep their reputation. My wife finished work at 7pm I told her to stay until 7h15 if the driver arrive. 7h30 when my wife on her way home, the driver called her said he 12mins away so she had to come back. The driver picked up our car is Michael not Andy who texted me in the first place. At 8pm Reece the receptionist emailed me said he couldnt get ahold from Andy and will keep me update ASAP. This showed how unprofessional the company is as I got my car delivered at 7h45 already but still they didnt know what's going on. Till the day my car is shipped to San Jose they still not send any updated email only if you email them first. I believe that as long as they got the money they're done with their part, everything else is the 3rd party fault. Big thanks to REECE as he's the only who took care of us eventhough it's 8pm I know he's not supposed to be working at that time. About USA AUTO TRANSPORT I would not recommend this company to anyone that need a transport service in the future, I hope anyone who's about to choose the company look at this review and have an idea about what might happen to you and how irresponsible the company is.

Needing to move my home from Washington to Florida I got a few quotes in and based on the reviews I…read morehired Cross Country Movers-BIG MISTAKE. Before I get started if your considering this company DONT here is why. Mark Kaplan came to my home and went through each room making his own notes on everything I required moving. I gave him full access to every nook and cranny and let him make his own notes as I wanted the company to also pack my belongings. Based on his finding he then sent me a quote which was initially very attractive, it comes with a full page Guaranteed price (OR SO I THOUGHT). The day came for removal and they turned up on time and packed all my belongings and off the truck went. 3 days or so into our journey as we were driving to Florida I get a call from Mr Kaplan "It seems we needed to use a lot more boxes than estimated" was the gist of the conversation. Well you provided the estimate and if anything I have reduced my inventory not increased it so its not my fault I replied. You then get a call from Amanda Rey. We have a problem there were more boxes than intended its and extra $2295.00 (THE CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH). At this point you are well and truly S.....d !! they have your belongings on a truck and you wont see it unless you pay the extra. They will tell you, they will open a claim (give you a false claim number but will never do anything with it, see later). So I paid and my belongings turned up, in fairness the team unloading were very good except when they purposely mentioned they had taken my TV's out of a wooden crate in the van ( long story but Kaplan told me my 4K TV's would need a wooden crate which did not happen and when I complained about this lo and behold it was mysteriously in the van, well I went out to the van there was no wooden crate to be seen, MORE LIES and DECEIPT). So now the full reveal begins, as we started to unpack the reason for the extra boxes became very clear. Cross Country Movers are experts in packing boxes with PAPER !! not your belongings or not much but lots and lots of paper (see photographs) not only that they can wrap a single plastic bowl in 4 sheets of paper and a single plastic lid in 3 sheets of paper (so they wont break!!) and then they stuff it full of more paper. So it went on and on, we have bags and bags of paper not small bags 60 gallon bags. Stay well away from this company they will rip you off. BIG TIME

He was extremely patient with me calling him many times about the logistics, deposit and payment, etc. because I'd not shipped a car before. Pickup of my car happened within the 72 hour time window I was given, and delivery actually happened on the shorter end of the estimated time. I had packed a number of boxes into the car very neatly (sight lines were clear for the driver) and GAT didn't give me any hassle about extra weight in the car (although I was afraid I had gone beyond the 100lb. allowance). Car arrived in good shape, although I wish they had put down a paper protector on the driver's side floor mat - it was very muddy. D.C. has rules about big truck haulers on city streets so my car was transferred to a single-car flatbed for delivery at no extra charge. I was able to pay the driver the C.O.D. charge electronically, which was great. Working with GAT was a good experience.

I contacted Seattle Car Shipping (SCS) and was connected to Anthony of Global Auto Transportation,…read moreI believe one of the owners of the Seattle site. I was very pleased with his communication, and he didn't seem to be annoyed by the endless amount of questions that I had for him. I had never had my car shipped, so I was nervous and I was told so many different things by many places, but something about Anthony kept me calm, and I trusted the reviews on Yelp for SCS. I liked the quote Anthony gave me, and how calm and sure he was of their business. He also replied through email very quickly. There is a direct deposit, and it was reasonable and taken out immediately. I also kept in touch with a very nice lady named Elina C. She was a logistics coordinator and clarified that I'd need to stay in contact with a driver named Igor of Vyrado Logistics in Puyallup. Again, I was a little confused in this whole process being new to this business, but Elina reassured me that nerves are normal and that they'd ship my car in about five days. I was shocked because every other place said that it'd take about 7-10 days, and one place even said two to six weeks, which is odd if they can drive hundreds of miles a day, and Detroit is about 2300 miles. The funny thing is that the ones who said it'd take longer said it'd be safer, but it was more expensive and it'd take longer than what GAT said. I kept in touch with Igor, he was nice to allow me to put a lot in my 2010 Civic (more than the usual amount with no extra fee), took pictures, gave me electronic forms to keep, and then he was off with my car on the carrier. It's nice that they do business door to door. He was also accurate with the times he gave me on pickup, and kept in touch well through phone. He let me know I could pay after he dropped off the car, and that cash was preferable. I forgot that GAT said that the carrier who comes decides what amount I need to pay in, so I called GAT right away and told them I was confused why I needed to pay in cash? They reminded me that again, it's up to carrier, and Igor was flexible also mentioning I could pay cashier's check, money order, or credit card but it'd be an extra 5% by card. I told him I'd have the cash ready. I just received my car about an hour ago, and we are all surprised at how it got here in a timely manner, just five days! It took a little bit just because he had to take the cars off to get my car down safely, but I'd rather have him do it in his own time and well, instead of rush and risk damage. He was very careful with the other cars too, and told me I could wait inside because it was chilly out here. After he was done putting the other cars back, I thanked Igor, and I am overall very pleased with GAT. Car was dusty from going across the country from Tacoma to Detroit, but this was well worth it for such a great price. Thanks guys! Y'all made my day. :)
