Their communication was excellent right out of the gate. We had a couple of schedule changes and they were able to accommodate us and didn't treat us like we were a pain - such GREAT customer service! They provided a fair estimate, showed up on time, kept careful track of their hours and stuck with our HUGE job until it was done! Some of our items were so heavy and so awkward - I truly was in awe of these guys' expertise and abilities in getting everything moved and in place! It's also worth noting that we moved on a terribly hot day and these guys didn't mess around even though it was such a big, hot, sweaty job! I couldn't have been more satisfied - my house looked like it had just been built. Almost didn't wanna sell after that. There is a storage unit right down the street from my apartment, so I booked it, and set it up. About a week before my move, the storage place canceled my reservation because they said it wasn't "locked in". I immediately emailed Victory Moving & Labor with the new details and set up a new location in Lacey, closer to where I would be moving to anyway. There were a few bumps along the way when it came to getting the agreement sent back to me, but overall, it was fixed and things were fine. They showed up 15 minutes early, took a look at my things and got straight to work. I hired 2 guys and a truck since I was moving out of a 1-bedroom apartment. They were able to get everything done in 3 hours and 15 minutes. That's pretty amazing, especially since I lived on the 3rd floor, had at least 20 boxes, furniture, etc, and the drive between my apartment and the new storage unit was about 25 minutes. The guys, Chris and Sean, were professional, friendly, and really got the job done efficiently and timely. They also pointed out when they saw damage on some of my pieces of furniture before they moved it. I appreciated being kept in the loop. They also remove items and put them in the dumpster for you. I was very pleased with their services and will be contacting them again when it comes time to move my stuff from storage into a "forever home". I would highly recommend their services. Also, they offer a 5% discount when you pay in cash. You should be aware that there are additional charges like travel and a processing fee so you can calculate your totals accordingly. I came prepared and had enough cash to cover my expenses. I booked for 2 hours, anticipated 4 hours, and only paid for 3 hours and some change. Once again, I would highly recommend them for your next move!
