I didn't hear anything from them on the morning of and could NOT get in contact with anyone from the company. At one point, my phone call went directly to voice mail. Super frustrating. Thankfully, I have a couple of more days before I have to move out so I was able to book with another company with the earliest availability. I cannot believe such a company like this exists. Ernie spent two days pressure washing, wire brushing, re-mortaring and sealing the chimney with clear waterproofing. He went above and beyond, painting the post lamp, cleaning the chimney's spark arrestor until it shines, and pressure washing the front walk, all of which was not in the contract. No charge. I have several more projects in mind, and I hope B&D Construction/Handyman is available!
