AMAZING PRICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First off, let me talk about the pricing. I had a small coffee table from IKEA that I needed to be thrown out. Other junk removal services in the area, were trying to charge me $115 to remove it. WHAT A JOKE. It's a $200 table, and I'm basically paying over half of its retail price to get it removed. The table is super light, and small. I drive a Mercedes coupe, and it's a curved car, so the table wouldn't fit at all. If it did, I would've went and donated it myself. I messaged 4 junk removal companies, and they all quoted me to around $70-$115. Yeah fucking right. I'm not paying $100+ to throw away a small table. I thought all hope was lost, until I saw Dente's response to remove it for only $35. That's literally 2-3x cheaper than his competitors. I jumped on it right away, and we arranged for a pickup the next morning at 10 AM. By the way, he responds to messages within less than 5 minutes!!! Such a great way to run his business!! The next day, at 9:55 AM, Dente called me and said that he was going to be a little late. I totally understood since I live in downtown Seattle, and the streets can get super confusing. I really respected the fact that he called me before 10 AM, to let me know that he was going to be late. Around 10:20 AM, he gave me a call, and told me that the GPS led him to a couple of feet away from where my apartment complex was. When I was explaining to him where my exact location was, he was super polite and calm. I know things can get frustrating when you're lost in an unknown area, but he never raised his voice, or sounded upset. He was such a polite, and positive guy! When we finally found each other, I led him into my apartment garage, and his SUV was barley short enough to fit. It was about 2 inches off from scraping the top of his new car. He didn't roll his eyes, or get frustrated. He just laughed it off, and parked his car. When I showed him the table, he thought it was a super nice table, and that he could donate it. That was very thoughtful of him. I agreed that it was a nice table, but my roommate and I decided to let it go because our dogs kept biting it. The table has compartments that open up, and I had documents left in there. When I asked Dente if he could throw it away before donating it, he happily obliged and said that he'll burn them for me! When carrying the table from the first floor, to the second floor (where his car was located), he was extremely polite to all my neighbors who were passing by. The table was really small, and we were in the way of a girl trying to get by. We were only in her way for less than a second, and instead of ignoring her, Dente apologized, and moved out of the way. He has such a calm, and positive attitude. Most people are grumpy in the morning, but not Dente! Paying was a breeze. He accepts cash, and card. I felt bad for not paying in cash since I know that credit card companies take a hefty fee, but I gave him a great tip to make up for it! All in all it was a 5/5 star experience!!!! If I ever need to get junk removed again, I know who I'm calling! read more
