The most polite staff I've ever encountered. Remarkably great. If you need storage, trust these guys. Chuck is especially friendly.

I wince watching him talk to customers. Anyone treat anyone like that in a work situation like that in Seattle evee. For a while I thought it was funny ish until I finally had it turned on me. Eventually over the course of the summer they lost five packages of mine that were reported as being delivered there, so whatever that means. The final straw was when I had to mail a legal document and unfortunately chose to mail it from there. Even though it went from Seattle to SeaTac it took a month to get there. Every time I would have an issue I just got to shrug and a sort of like apathetic mumbles that it was somebody else's fault. Props to the employees who can actually endure there. One guy has been there the entire time I've been going there and I just feel like holy shit... How can you put up with this environment? Also I hope you like Domino's because this place totally reeks like bad pizza from the Domino's downstairs. Finally found another package sending and receiving spot on the hill that is 25% cheaper and provides all the same services. Never moved on something that fast before! Much happier at the new place and the owner is cheerful and helpful.

It doesn't matter who's working -- Young or old, man or woman, nonbinary... Every time I need to drop a package, they're rude, rolling their eyes, yelling and act as if I'm interrupting them. I had to go in today because the UPS store I now go to which is actually out of my way but they treat customers with a basic hello, was closed. Like I said, ive been avoiding this place for a year and went in today, and nothing changed. There young men were working and the one with the glasses was very rude. I recommend going to the one in Cap Hill or SLU and avoid this one. It'll ruin your day.

I waited in line for more than 10 minutes while the UPS clerk tried to print off legal documents for two unrelated groups of people ahead of me. He printed the pages off wrong, then, mixing up the pages, gave the wrong documents to the wrong customer, waited for the customers to figure out the mistakes, reprinted and resorted everything, and finally, after several false starts, succeeded in giving each customer whatever it was they came in for. Next there was a whole rigmarole for a family which needed passport photos. Although they clearly described what they needed, the UPS clerk seemed to refuse to understand that, although there were three people in the family, only two of them needed passport photos. Then the clerk took a break to stock the supply shelves. And then, finally, he came to me. It took literally less than 30 seconds for the clerk to scan my QR code and accept my pre-prepared box for return. WHY, WHY, ten or more minutes earlier, couldn't the clerk have simply asked "Is that just a drop-off? I can handle that for you right now."?? He could have said this to me, for instance, while the first customers were trying to figure out what was wrong with the incorrect, scrambled legal documents he had handed them. I was pretty much stuck with UPS for my Amazon return. From my treatment this morning, it's obvious to me that UPS does not value my time. The UPS customer service I got was disrespectful at best.

They were immediately in contact with me, and told me it was going to be tough on such late notice but they were there working hard to find someone. It was stressful, but they called me an hour before the time scheduled and said they had 2 guys for me! The price is well worth it and these people really know what they are doing. Our big studio took about 2 hours to load into the small uhaul and about 45 mins to unload at our new place. They moved all of the big furniture and didn't leave a scratch on anything! I have recommended this service to all my friends and co workers because it is more than worth it! The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

They will literally give it away an hour before your arrival. We reserved a van and showed up at 7AM. She told us she gave it away "because she can" even though we had it reserved and drove an hour to get it. She said quote on quote "It's my rules and customers like you guys are HOARDERS thinking you can reserve a truck". (Whatever that means...). We tried to understand what she meant and told her we never were notified this and she said "I don't follow U-Haul I follow my rules". I asked her why and she said "this area is super sketchy so I want to get rid of my vans as fast as possible" (WTF?!). She had no solution and basically told us to F off, we ultimately went to a different rental company. Once again this site is very vocal about not following U-Haul policy and "make their own rules". I don't have her name but terrible person with terrible view on business and hates customers. BEWARE. Hope U-Haul checks it out as this woman / location is destroying the brand.

You'd be amazed at the sharpness of the colors and the range of colors. One of the things I like is that they are able to help tweak PDFs you bring in. So if you don't have it saved with enough space at the edge they can fix that for you. Also, I liked that they also let me review the copies before having them run off. I've gotten brochures made here and I like the selection of paper they have available as far as quality and thickness. If you are not sure what type of paper to use they are really good at making recommendations. I've also had cards and other items made with card stock and all of those were perfect. Tre staff here are always polite and friendly. They offer good customer service and are very quick at getting the work done. I'd recommend opening an account here and getting the discount. Jeanette got me to the right place, flagged immediately that the 5x10 I'd reserved wasn't going to cut it, and handled the upgrade to a 5x15 mid-move without making it my problem. She waited 15 minutes for an elevator I had effectively commandeered and managed the whole situation with the kind of vigilant calm that makes you trust someone with your things. Moving strips away every illusion of control you have. The fact that I walked away from this one feeling secure is a direct result of how she runs that facility. She is exactly the person you want managing a place where you leave things you care about.

UPDATED REVIEW -…read more This is an updated review based on my recent experience that I have posted in the older review. I got a call from their new staff member - Jeanette last week. She mentioned that she is new and apologized on the behalf of public storage for the inconvenience caused earlier and helped me resolve my lost key issue very quick and as a goodwill gesture - they didn't charge me. She is extremely sweet and helpful. I hope she stays here for long before they change the staff again. Thanks to her, got my issue resolved. Old Review - I've been renting here since 2021 and, until late 2024, my experience was consistently smooth. Unfortunately, in the winter of 2024 my unit was broken into during office hours and several items were stolen. At the time, there was no one in the office to assist me, and reaching anyone by phone felt like an ordeal. When I finally got through, the staff were polite and tried to help, but communication was difficult and drawn out. More recently, I've left multiple voicemail messages asking for assistance with my lost keys, and despite promises to call back, I've heard nothing. I've also received conflicting information and no apology for these recurring lapses in service. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a company I've supported for years. I hope management will improve their responsiveness, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for the security and service their customers deserve.
