The facility is well lit, warm, clean, has convenient hours, and is well looked after. Each unit has an alarm that activates when accessed, unlike other places. When first driving by this storage facility it caught my eye. It is very clean and has easy parking. I was signed up over a year ago from Ramon. Very nice and professional guy. Not the best communicator I must admit over the last year but a nice person none the less. The billing is easy and they send you receipts in the mail. I was very impressed with Cheri and she knows how to talk to her clients and do straight business the way it is supposed to. I pay on time and it is easy to get my stuff in and out of there. So Cheri called me the next day after I posted this review. She apologized in a round about kind of way, offered to refund my money for the month, and went on about having the manager of the storage place call me. I really wish she had just called and said, "We refunded your money. Kevin will call tomorrow. I spoke with the staff. We are working on customer service." Instead it was a long-winded reasoning to the point I was rude and just said I have to go and hung up after minutes and minutes of that. I'm not sure why he just didn't call me in the first place, I still have no idea who this mysterious Cheri lady is. Kevin, the manager, did call the next day and leave a message. What gets me is this: I moved out today. After all that, and assurances they had spoken to their staff and blah, blah, I would get a refund, the dude behind the counter had no idea who I was. You'd think they would have made a note in the system or said, "Hey, when this girl moves out, refund all of it, or apologize or something." So no, I did NOT get my refund. It is obvious they STILL didn't address my concerns with their staff. I literally rented a truck and moved this week after all the terrible experiences. I am still mad. Run, run as fast as you can from here. They have a lot to learn about talking to humans. read more

I have had various units at Magnolia Bridge for many years, and would recommend them above all others! I have read the review by Ryan, and I think that possibly he was also having an off day, which is the most charitable thing I can say about his effort to get one of the great guys working there in trouble. I have lost my keys, forgotten my code, left the door open by mistake...all human failings throughout the years have been kindly and competently handled by Alan and Ramon. They are not fake guys in a TV commercial, they are just working at their jobs and trying to deal with a sometimes fickle public. I've been searching for a storage unit for event supplies for quite some time. I found Magnolia Bridge Self Storage through Yelp and an online search. I reserved a unit online, and was able to start loading in the next morning at 11:00 AM! Ramon at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. I was able to secure the unit, get insurance, and purchase a lock in less than 15 minutes. I'm extremely impressed with the facility. There is a load-in dock on each side of the facility, so that you're able to access your unit easily from anywhere. There are complimentary carts (we're talking big flat beds that make moving things easy) at each check in point. Security seems extremely tight - as all tenants are required to log in and out. There are tons of different unit sizes, so you can find the perfect amount of space for your stuff. Ramon took the time to show us a few different units until we found the right one for us. This facility also offers the ability to receive shipments! This was an EXTREMELY helpful perk of being a tenant here, as we often get pallets that cannot fit at home. I'm delighted to be a tenant here! Knowing that everything is safe and so easily accessible for me is great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to others looking for storage. read more

Both my friend and I were very impressed with the professional and helpful staff member and the ease of picking up and dropping off the truck. I would definitely use this location again. Super clean facility in Interbay. Allan was vert friendly and incredibly helpful. Also the garage doors in back allow you to easily load and unload your belongings. Great customer service and really everything you could want from a self storage facility. Also- this place was very secure! Only downside would be the hours during the week- they aren't open very late so plan accordingly. :) Pricing was competitive. All in all- I was very pleased! Would highly recommend. read more

I have stored with this company for years. Once about 8 years ago during a house remodeling and now again during a relocation. Both times I was pleased with the pricing and service I received. Not a big fan of multi-level units and having to use an elevator but the manager worked with me and found a unit both time right next to the elevator. This storage facility is very clean. At first I was a little disappointed that there was no perimeter fence but after taking a tour I felt very confident that my things would be safe. There are tons of security cameras and the management is visible. The best feature in this facility is the roll up garage doors where you can pull into the building and back up to the loading dock. I viewed another facility and immediately did not feel safe as there were people hanging out as if they lived there. read more

Secure, very clean, well-maintained, with decent lighting and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, and they provide easy to maneuver flatbed carts for hauling things. I feel safe going in and out of the building; they keep a REALLY close eye on everyone and everything. Access to storage (in the main building, anyway) is only available during hours that the office is open (until 7 pm weekdays, and 6 pm weekends). This isn't a problem for me - I only want to go into a storage facility when there are staff on-site - but this could be a problem for people who need access to their stuff in the early mornings or later evenings. With that caveat, I have no hesitation in recommending Magnolia Bridge Self Storage. read more

My girlfriend and I looked at this place online and it seemed very nice so we went to check it out in person on Saturday, November 2nd. We parked and walked into the office and said hello to the person at the front. I don't remember his name but he had a Scottish accent and wore glasses. This guy was extremely rude and short with us. We told him what we were interested in and the first thing he said to us was, "we aren't accessible all the time... we are only accessible (whatever times he said)... is that gonna to be a problem?" I said I don't think so but that I'd like to check out the units. His response was. "Go out that door." And pointed at the door behind us. There were two doors behind us so my girlfriend asked if he was talking about the door on the right... his response? "Yeah, just go out that door and wait," with probably the rudest tone I have ever heard... at this point I had had enough and told my girlfriend that we are leaving. It was very clear that this guy did not want us there and so I told him not to bother going any further, that he was extremely rude and that we were going somewhere else... which we did... and are extremely happy we did. We went to a place nearby, and got great customer service and quality units (Interbay Storage) and they were so easy to work with. Like I said, I don't remember the guys name... but because of him, magnolia bridge lost business and I hope this review (which is one of the only yelp reviews I have ever done) helps others in their decision making when looking for storage units... I will never go back there and hope that magnolia bridge can do something to help prevent this from happening to someone else in the future... extremely shocked and disappointed by this... if you're having that bad of a day, stay home. read more

What a waste of time and a ton of extra expense with trucks etc to start to move in my company equipment to find that the office hours are the same as the access hours which is not what I was told initially ....The verbal treatment I got from the Irish fellow at the front desk was absolutely unbelievable..... I packed up all my stuff and vacated a week after I initially moved in.... It seems If there is any misunderstanding you get the wrath from this fellow.... I also noticed they seem to be plagued with technical issues with doors and locks etc...... I will never go back and recommend anyone who considers this place to keep moving its not a pleasant experience at all.... I found a locker down the street from them that was a ton better, staff was much nicer and understand the importance on how to treat a client with respect.....so Thanks Magnolia storage for costing me several hundred dollars unnecessarily.. .... read more
