whoever the man was that was working sat feb 20th around noon made me decide against becoming a customer. Could be my blackness. Could be my Afro. Judging by the great reviews on here, I would assume that I am the problem Somehow. I barely got out of my car and he was already outside meeting me with hostility, rudeness, and prejudice, assuming I don't have business there and should leave. to the company, I'm Taking my business elsewhere, as you wish. Thanks. read more

Moving is a whole nightmare in itself and shoty storage and rentals offices that are gross make it worse.....but not this place!!! But men were responsive, helpful and even called me back-what business does that?!? Made my beginning steps to a cross country move a breeze. Thanks Alan and Ramon!!!! read more

Magnolia Bridge Self Storage - Van all packed up with a pretty Seattle sunset. - Self Storage Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Had the absolutely best experience here. After reading many reviews for nearby places with numerous security issues, I was seeking someplace secure, clean, and reliable. This facility and staff were top notch. I stored my belongings here from May through November and highly recommend them. The facility is well lit, warm, clean, has convenient hours, and is well looked after. Each unit has an alarm that activates when accessed, unlike other places. They will work with you to accommodate your needs, and the staff is friendly and prompt to assist. Great value and worth the peace of mind! read more

When first driving by this storage facility it caught my eye. It is very clean and has easy parking. I was signed up over a year ago from Ramon. Very nice and professional guy. Not the best communicator I must admit over the last year but a nice person none the less. The billing is easy and they send you receipts in the mail. I was very impressed with Cheri and she knows how to talk to her clients and do straight business the way it is supposed to. I pay on time and it is easy to get my stuff in and out of there. They have carts to help you too. I recommend this place. read more

I stored my goods at Magnolia Ridge self storage for two years. The staff is efficient, very helpful, and responsible. I never had to worry about a thing. Their rates are great. On the day of my move-out they accommodated my needs. If you want top drawer storage service with no hassles or worries look no further. This is the storage facility for you!!! read more

So Cheri called me the next day after I posted this review. She apologized in a round about kind of way, offered to refund my money for the month, and went on about having the manager of the storage place call me. I really wish she had just called and said, "We refunded your money. Kevin will call tomorrow. I spoke with the staff. We are working on customer service." Instead it was a long-winded reasoning to the point I was rude and just said I have to go and hung up after minutes and minutes of that. I'm not sure why he just didn't call me in the first place, I still have no idea who this mysterious Cheri lady is. Kevin, the manager, did call the next day and leave a message. What gets me is this: I moved out today. After all that, and assurances they had spoken to their staff and blah, blah, I would get a refund, the dude behind the counter had no idea who I was. You'd think they would have made a note in the system or said, "Hey, when this girl moves out, refund all of it, or apologize or something." So no, I did NOT get my refund. It is obvious they STILL didn't address my concerns with their staff. I literally rented a truck and moved this week after all the terrible experiences. I am still mad. Run, run as fast as you can from here. They have a lot to learn about talking to humans. read more

I have had various units at Magnolia Bridge for many years, and would recommend them above all others! I have read the review by Ryan, and I think that possibly he was also having an off day, which is the most charitable thing I can say about his effort to get one of the great guys working there in trouble. I have lost my keys, forgotten my code, left the door open by mistake...all human failings throughout the years have been kindly and competently handled by Alan and Ramon. They are not fake guys in a TV commercial, they are just working at their jobs and trying to deal with a sometimes fickle public. Great job, Magnolia Bridge, and thanks for the recent help when I (once again!) lost my keys! Claudia G. read more

I've been searching for a storage unit for event supplies for quite some time. I found Magnolia Bridge Self Storage through Yelp and an online search. I reserved a unit online, and was able to start loading in the next morning at 11:00 AM! Ramon at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. I was able to secure the unit, get insurance, and purchase a lock in less than 15 minutes. I'm extremely impressed with the facility. There is a load-in dock on each side of the facility, so that you're able to access your unit easily from anywhere. There are complimentary carts (we're talking big flat beds that make moving things easy) at each check in point. Security seems extremely tight - as all tenants are required to log in and out. There are tons of different unit sizes, so you can find the perfect amount of space for your stuff. Ramon took the time to show us a few different units until we found the right one for us. This facility also offers the ability to receive shipments! This was an EXTREMELY helpful perk of being a tenant here, as we often get pallets that cannot fit at home. I'm delighted to be a tenant here! Knowing that everything is safe and so easily accessible for me is great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to others looking for storage. read more

I made a mistake in picking the right size truck for my long distance move, Alan went out of his way to get me the truck I needed, great job. Then on my request he showed me the storage building & a small unit to for any access items that I could not fit in the truck, this place is clean, I mean clean compared to some other storage company buildings that I have entered. Thank you Alan. Manziz read more

By far the best UHaul experience I've ever had. Quick, hassle free service. Both my friend and I were very impressed with the professional and helpful staff member and the ease of picking up and dropping off the truck. I would definitely use this location again. I used the other nearby location on 15th once before and it was a huge headache. That location pales in comparison to Magnolia Bridge Self Storage. I give this UHaul experience an A+. (I do not have experience with the storage side of this business.) read more

I have stored here for the last three years. Allan and Ramon have been amazing. I even had to downsize to a smaller unit and they were thoughtful and helpful. They keep the place super clean and I would store here again if the need arises. Great facility and great people. read more

Throughout the years I've moved a lot and had many different storage units. Magnolia Storage has exceeded my expectations on every level. Their service is the best. They are so helpful and accommodating. I wish I would have known they also rent trucks when rented mine because their prices were cheaper. I'd give them more stars if I could. read more

Super clean facility in Interbay. Allan was vert friendly and incredibly helpful. Also the garage doors in back allow you to easily load and unload your belongings. Great customer service and really everything you could want from a self storage facility. Also- this place was very secure! Only downside would be the hours during the week- they aren't open very late so plan accordingly. :) Pricing was competitive. All in all- I was very pleased! Would highly recommend. read more

I have stored with this company for years. Once about 8 years ago during a house remodeling and now again during a relocation. Both times I was pleased with the pricing and service I received. Not a big fan of multi-level units and having to use an elevator but the manager worked with me and found a unit both time right next to the elevator. Even though I have been away several years, I know my stuff is safe and secure. Thanks Magnolia Bridge! read more

This storage facility is very clean. At first I was a little disappointed that there was no perimeter fence but after taking a tour I felt very confident that my things would be safe. There are tons of security cameras and the management is visible. The best feature in this facility is the roll up garage doors where you can pull into the building and back up to the loading dock. I viewed another facility and immediately did not feel safe as there were people hanging out as if they lived there. read more

Alan and Ramon really worked hard to make my move out smooth. Very helpful with truck rental, gave me a good deal. I've rented there since I moved to the neighborhood in 2002. They've been good neighbors and I will miss them. read more

Alan and the rest of the folks who manage Magnolia Self Storage are super helpful. They are accommodating and make the stressful process of moving and storage a lot easier. I've stored my belongings here on more than one occasion and have really appreciated how clean and safe Magnolia Bridge Self Storage is. My movers were impressed with how easy it was to unload the large truck. Alan went the extra mile to find me a big enough unit in close proximity to the entrance. It's reassuring that my belongings are in good care. Thanks! read more

Secure, very clean, well-maintained, with decent lighting and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, and they provide easy to maneuver flatbed carts for hauling things. I feel safe going in and out of the building; they keep a REALLY close eye on everyone and everything. Access to storage (in the main building, anyway) is only available during hours that the office is open (until 7 pm weekdays, and 6 pm weekends). This isn't a problem for me - I only want to go into a storage facility when there are staff on-site - but this could be a problem for people who need access to their stuff in the early mornings or later evenings. With that caveat, I have no hesitation in recommending Magnolia Bridge Self Storage. read more

Best storage facility I have ever used. Friendly and helpful staff (Alan) who goes above and beyond to assist you. You can tell he likes what he does. Nice storage units, well priced, heated, high security and easy loading dock. I'll always use them for the future. read more

Nice clean facility and friendly front desk. Very easy access to entrances. They also allow you to use their uhaul. Highly recommend rather than the other guys down the street. read more

Highly recommend! I needed to rent a unit in a pinch and Alan couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! He got me into a unit right then, helped me rent a truck for the next morning, and even helped me load some items onto the dolly so I could quickly move them into my unit. The facilities are clean and secure. If you need a storage unit, definitely check this place out! read more

I had a great experience with Magnolia Bridge self storage. Ramon -- who often works at the front desk -- is super-helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their storage facility is ultra-clean and I always felt very safe going there. Their prices are a tiny bit higher than Public Storage, but I used the 50% discount coupon and so this was a good deal for me. I'd definitely rent a storage unit there again. read more

What a great experience at Magnolia Bridge Storage! Alan could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It was always a pleasure to stop by for the friendly smiles, clean building, safe and secure storage, good access and hours, and competitive prices. Thank you! read more

I've researched storage options in the area and Magnolia Bridge storage proved to be by far the best. The price is right, the place is clean and very safe, but most importantly the service is absolutely wonderful!! I feel that Alan and Ramon both went above and beyond to assist me with the specific needs I had. Very welcoming, friendly and positive, they both were a breath of fresh air in comparison to employees of other storage competitors in the area. And did I mention specials?! I feel I got a very good deal with this spot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs storage. read more

My girlfriend and I looked at this place online and it seemed very nice so we went to check it out in person on Saturday, November 2nd. We parked and walked into the office and said hello to the person at the front. I don't remember his name but he had a Scottish accent and wore glasses. This guy was extremely rude and short with us. We told him what we were interested in and the first thing he said to us was, "we aren't accessible all the time... we are only accessible (whatever times he said)... is that gonna to be a problem?" I said I don't think so but that I'd like to check out the units. His response was. "Go out that door." And pointed at the door behind us. There were two doors behind us so my girlfriend asked if he was talking about the door on the right... his response? "Yeah, just go out that door and wait," with probably the rudest tone I have ever heard... at this point I had had enough and told my girlfriend that we are leaving. It was very clear that this guy did not want us there and so I told him not to bother going any further, that he was extremely rude and that we were going somewhere else... which we did... and are extremely happy we did. We went to a place nearby, and got great customer service and quality units (Interbay Storage) and they were so easy to work with. Like I said, I don't remember the guys name... but because of him, magnolia bridge lost business and I hope this review (which is one of the only yelp reviews I have ever done) helps others in their decision making when looking for storage units... I will never go back there and hope that magnolia bridge can do something to help prevent this from happening to someone else in the future... extremely shocked and disappointed by this... if you're having that bad of a day, stay home. read more

I've had a storage closet at this location for my business for over 5 years, and I also have a personal storage space here. I moved from a large, nationally-known storage company to the Magnolia Bridge Self Storage, and it was a breath of fresh air. The employees are professionals who have worked for the company for years. They get to know the tenants, and they provide wonderful support, which was a very different experience than I had with the nationally-known company. The building is kept clean and organized, and the employees run a tight ship. I highly recommend Magnolia Bridge Self Storage. They do a fantastic job. read more

I had an excellent experience here. Ramon was very nice and helpful. I looked at a number of storage places nearby and spoke with employees on the phone at many storage facilities as well. The prices here are competitive- especially when you pay for a year in advance. The facility is clean, doesn't smell bad, staff are knowledgeable and friendly, very secure, low staff turn over, easy to access, better hours than most other places I checked out. I highly recommend. read more

Nice space, but you have to watch out. Rates go up every year by 10% or so. Always the same story -- rising costs. Convenient to my home, but there are probably other choices. read more

What a waste of time and a ton of extra expense with trucks etc to start to move in my company equipment to find that the office hours are the same as the access hours which is not what I was told initially ....The verbal treatment I got from the Irish fellow at the front desk was absolutely unbelievable..... I packed up all my stuff and vacated a week after I initially moved in.... It seems If there is any misunderstanding you get the wrath from this fellow.... I also noticed they seem to be plagued with technical issues with doors and locks etc...... I will never go back and recommend anyone who considers this place to keep moving its not a pleasant experience at all.... I found a locker down the street from them that was a ton better, staff was much nicer and understand the importance on how to treat a client with respect.....so Thanks Magnolia storage for costing me several hundred dollars unnecessarily.. .... read more
