Greenwood heated storage is a mediocre fill-a-box-with-your-collectibles-or-whatever facility. Their website and payment systems are pretty janky. I asked the office if the could refund me for the month seeing as they charged me for a month on the 28th, then I moved out on the 30th. The gentleman there was just like "uh our system can't do that", sure guy do your job or whatever, you're fine. But come on this doesn't seem hard to correct even if your small business is still ran on windows xp. Bro can't just be charging someone for a month for 2 days of your rent-a-closet. Ariel is great with customer service: fast, available, and flexible. The other staff I have met are also very friendly! The free truck for a day is awesome, and Ariel even took the time to call me to make sure she would be in the office on my move-in date. The facility is clean and extremely easy to maneuver! Just make sure to give them a heads up with your plans and your car is in good hands!! :) Dec 2016 I had to update my review due to a very unpleasant surprise last week, right before Christmas. I get a phone call from the facility manager telling me I have to vacate my unit--for no apparent good reason. No warning, no indication, just a surprise phone call telling me to GTFO. The manager explained to me that the decision was coming from above (corporate office). I asked for something in writing and that didn't come for a few days. I was out of town for the holiday so I didn't have a chance to review the document until I got home. I was hoping there was a good reason spelled out but all I get is a blanket statement (from my rental agreement): "We feel it is in the best interest of our customers as well as our storage property, 'for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the premises, or preservation of good order' ". I never, ever, left any kind of mess, or otherwise disrespected the property AFAIK. I paid my rent on time every month, was always very kind and respectful of the staff. They were very nice to me. I was there for almost a year. My feeling is that I got a noise complaint of some kind as the car I stored is somewhat loud. But again, I have no idea why I got booted. Even if the car was loud, it's a storage unit with working hours during day time. I would understand if it was happening at midnight or 2AM, but during the middle of the day? Really? Let this be a warning to anyone who has a car that makes any kind of noise: you should have a backup plan in case these guys kick you out in the middle of winter with no notice or reasoning behind it. I had to make last minute arrangements to store my car elsewhere which was very stressful, especially since it is holiday time and I have other obligations. The least the management could have done is give me a warning. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I'm very displeased how the management handled my situation. On the bright side, if you have some rotting POS that you never drive, maybe this is the place to keep it. read more

In the world of Self Storage, most people think of Public Storage and Shurgard (now one in the same). When it comes to mailbox services, most people think of The UPS Store. Well here is a place that combines both Services under one (very large) roof. You can rent mailboxes here. The mailboxes come in 3 sizes and you pay for them quarterly. They will receive packages for you as well. 24 Hour access is provided and they are open on Sundays (Unlike the UPS Stores). Of course they also have plenty of storage. I cannot speak for that service since I only rent a mailbox here. But it's all run by the same friendly people. I always get greeted by first name when I come get my mail. This is located near the site of the old Leilani Lanes in Greenwood. There is plenty of parking and they also have a truck for rent. I have had my mail delivered there for over one year and can not recall a time when someone else's mail was put in my mail (a frequent problem at some UPS Stores). The prices? Very reasonable for being in City. You can check the storage and mail prices on their website. read more

A very good experience! I showed up, and was given a tour on the spot. The paperwork was a little complicated but Jessica the new manager here was very proficcient and cut through the red tape for me. I have the option to pay monthly by phone, online, by check or by mail. Clean facility, very secure, and I have the option to make my access code whatever I want! I had a unit at a Public Storage facility prior to this and this experience is so much better! So much more flexible. I'm impressed! read more

Excellent experience with this company. Don Page was our technician; he was on time, and very knowledgable about our old furnace. He was able to answer all of our questions clearly and gave a great explanation as to why we should in fact, install a paper filter. It has definitely made a difference, and we are really happy we did it. Don spoke highly of the company he works for, appeared to enjoy the detail oriented work, and took the time necessary to make sure it was all done well, and to be sure we as customers, understood the filter function. Our experience was exceptional, our technician, a top notch professional. We will be sticking with Greenwood Heating when out furnace needs replacing.. Soon.. But hopefully not too soon! read more

You won't find a better place for your stuff! The staff here is friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to help you get moved in and also get moved out. They are also great for getting mail and packages delivered during a transition. They remember your name and greet you with a smile! I am very pleased with this location and would recommend them to anyone who wants a great place to store their things. They have carts available for use in a range of sizes and they have double security doors. The hours are convenient as well. read more
