There is only so much vinegar and baking soda can do... Not so with these guys. If I couldn't smell the faint whiff of vinegar (that quickly fades! Don't worry!!) when I walk in, I'd swear that ring around my tub was doused in scrubby bubbles. I did not think Closet by design would do such a small job, but called them anyway just to see. Not only they didn't hesitate to do it, their cost estimate was about the same as the handyman. So we went with them considering their lifetime warranty and reputable company. Their office support was great. Scheduling, installing was well organized and smooth. There was one layout mis-understanding. But they kindly pointed out the reason and the change that's was made, documented in the contract compared with original layout. While I asked for the valley rod it was forgotten in the contract. But they came back added it, along with some additional shelving to ensure that we are satisfied. This is a nice group of people to work with, very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

They scheduled me for 1 truck, 3 guys, for moving Saturday, but they ordered a second truck and 3 more guys in a surprise turn of events and so i got charged out the ass, and after the truck was unpacked, they kept BOTH trucks and all 3 extra guys there while only 2 of the first guys from the first truck worked, i paid for a whole extra crew to basically stand outside doing nothing, ABSOLUTELY CHEAT OF MONEY 2. They brought my desk in and didnt put it together until i reminded them, and THEY LOST THE SCREWS to it, so they used small screws to make it look together but the moment i went to move it, it fell apart because they used the wrong ones, wow really guys? So we spent the next entire day going back and forth from Lowes, getting different screws to fix my desk since they lost the original ones 3. THEY USE HORRIBLE TAPE!!!! They taped the keyboard slider on my desk with clear packing tape or something stronger, because when i took it off, it peeled entire chunks of my desk's flush off. As well as our TV stand, good bye nice looking furniture, its not got tape flesh peeled parts all over it. 4. This one is probably my fault for TRUSTING THEM - they packed up my computer and my monitors, and they just CARELESSLY put my monitors in a box, with not NEARLY enough bubble wrap, and when i opened th ebox, i found they even positioned the screens so one corner was PRESSED AGAINST the other monitor!? At this point i HAD to take a picture of this, i was disgusted with their lack of care for other peoples things. - Adding on this, THEY USED FREAKING DUCT TAPE to hold the very minimum bubble wrap on them, and there was duct tape DIRECTLY on my screens?! It is lucky my monitors still worked, or this would be worst than just a google review. Un-freaking-believeable the entire headaches i'm now going through after this move. I'm finding living room stuff down in the garage boxes, and my kids toys mixed in with her grandma's garage tools, getting ruined, this is disgusting. They werent worth the money, If i could go back, i'd rather do it all myself than hire this crew that over charged me, then continued to charge me for a crew that wasnt even working. When they were done, they didn't put it back, they just left it on the ground across the alley from my house and a huge gaping hole in my retaining wall. Several neighbors saw them do this. 1. They could have asked me first and I would have said yes if they would put it back 2. They clearly don't respect other people's property. I mean, they had to go up my stairs and pry the Boulder out of my retaining wall. You really want to use a moving company like that that doesn't respect other people's property? If so, good luck! Maybe they can go into a side landscaping business. I need some bamboo removed out of my yard too.
