We recently bought our first house and the only part we weren't satisfied with was the cheap and inefficient ClosetMaid wire rack systems in our closet. Our space wouldn't have worked for a stock IKEA system as there was a pillar and a wiring cabinet for internet in the closet, but even if those concerns weren't present we would still have elected to go with Eric. Our biggest challenge was my wife and my disparate heights. I'm over 6'3" and my clothes are just as long. My wife is 5'4" and hers aren't. We didn't even realize you could customize a closet to accommodate clothes of wildly different length but Eric measured what we already had and did just that. This isn't a possibility with big box solutions, I'm thrilled that my shirts and jackets have enough space to hang without bunching up at the bottom. I can give you every reason / excuse as to why I hadn't been able to get my act together, but you already know. Christy was able to approach my situation in a way that was caring and fun. She wasn't just trying to help me "get rid" of stuff, but really had me look into why I felt the need to have X in the first place. We'd talk it through, come up with a solution, and act on it. Super cathartic. She'd give me realistic "homework" to do until next time, and of course, I'd make excuse why it wasn't done. No judgement! I looked forward to seeing her each time. Here's the thing. Would my life be better if she lived in my home and did it for me? Sure! And she can " just do it" for the client. But for me, her methods have bled over into every aspect of my life.
