From move-outs to move-ins, pantries to closets, small spaces to entire homes. She's very responsive and communicates really clearly and professionally. Recently, we worked closely with her on a huge project. Our mutual client was having their floors refinished while they were out of town. She helped move everything into boxes and ensured they were moved back to their original locations after the work was complete. One of the best things about Rachel is that she's able to work solo. Not everyone has the time or desire to do the organizing themselves - they'd rather have someone else just make the magic happen. With just a few thoughts on the desired end goal, Rachel can run with it and make sure your space is transformed. She's an incredible resource to have in our network and we'll continue to refer her to our members when the need for a space refresh comes up!

Rebecca is an incredible designer, and you will be forever grateful to have hired her. She…read morebeautifully balances careful attention to detail with gorgeous vision and creativity. She is patient and kind as she walks you through the design process and answers your (inevitable) many questions each step of the way. We worked with her to redesign three spaces in our home: our kitchen, and two bathrooms. With each space, she found ways to approach them in new and practical ways when we felt otherwise overwhelmed. She guided us through choosing stunning finishes, and we received so many compliments from contractors and friends alike along the way. We had never done a remodel - and now, being on the other end of the process, we don't know where we would have been had we not had her detailed designs to guide us all along the way. Whenever questions arose, it was invaluable to have something so concrete to refer to, and we can't recommend this approach enough for anyone considering a remodel.

I had used this service before and had a good experience. This time was different. After 1.5 hours,…read moreI had trouble understanding where the organizer was going with her plan, so I tried to express my needs and what I was looking for. After discussing for a while, she just left, having made more of a mess than was there before. I am including the "after" photo. Update: I got an email from the CEO threatening me for this review. It's unfortunate that her employee was upset with our appointment too. I stopped her to understand what her plan was and explain my needs, so that we weren't wasting our time. I'm sorry that my feedback hurt her feelings. My harshest feedback to her was, "I understand your piles, but I don't see how they are helpful," and "there are a lot of piles here - at some point they become superfluous." I have nothing against her employee. She seemed like a nice person. But I didn't see that her method was meaningful, and her explanation was only "this is my training" so I continued to not understand her plan, and I pressed to find out more, because I genuinely wanted her help. I tried to explain that all I wanted was someone to sit with me and say "do you need to keep this?" But she told me that her way was to make a bunch of piles, leave for 30 min so I could decide what to get rid of by myself, and then come back and put the leftovers away. I told her that if she did that, I would just feel overwhelmed and probably not do anything. So she told me she couldn't help. As she got up to leave, I even said, "ok we can do it your way. I'll try to trust you. Please don't leave me with this mess." But she left anyway. I wasn't going to even write a review until I realized she had scattered my sentimental box in an unfixable way. When I realized that, I cried. I had told her I wanted to work together, but she had refused, and if we had worked together in the first place, she wouldn't have destroyed the one thing that really mattered to me. It was a bad day for all involved. The CEO says I am a "bully" for articulating my needs, but I don't think my expectations were unreasonable. I wanted to go thru things together, and have the organizer be gently present as I made decisions about letting go. The organizer wanted to sort things herself and have me make decisions alone. Those ideologies are fundamentally at odds, so maybe it's good she left early.

Lily did such an amazing job of sorting through everything I had and then culling down what I didn't need. She sat with me and provided advice for how to sort sentimental things and when to get rid of superfluous things. Most recently, we tore through the rest of the house getting rid of anything that we could in preparation for a move to a new home. WHEW! What I love most about working with Josie is that she takes care of all the aspects of organizing an apartment that I didn't want to deal with: 1) She handles donating all of the items 2) She took care of organizing the kitchen, living room and bathroom while my husband and I were at work 3) She recorded and reorganized our entire closet 4) Josie never pressured me into getting rid of anything and was really helpful in helping me figure out what I should keep or get rid of After one weekend, my apartment was a completely different space. I called and was contacted by Jessika on Monday, April 14, 2025, and we talked about my situation, (she was very nice) so then made an appointment for that Thurs. in the morning for a 2 hour assessment ( April 17, 2025.) Then I had to change it to later that afternoon, so it was for 3PM. Then She had to change it again (she didn't realize she "couldn't work until 5,") but said she would call me back that day to reschedule. No callback so I called that afternoon and left a message re: what new appointment time she and I could work out. I called her three times the next day, Friday April 18, leaving messages, and was concerned something might have happened, since no one was calling me back. No word. Weird. Waited all weekend to reconnect. I called again the following Monday, April 21, 2025, left several messages, but never heard back. Huh--Ghosted!!! I guess I must be pretty awful somehow, no matter what they claim to be able to handle and do, and regardless of how nice she, herself, was on the phone. I am disappointed with their lack of professionalism, and, having no experience with their actual services I cannot recommend them.

They have a studio space upstairs and a display room + shop downstairs. They have a smaller selection, but great to see options that are from a local small business vs. a big box store. Price ranges are anywhere from $500+ for small furniture pieces and up. Home decor and accessories like candles, frames and art are reasonable, boutique pricing as expected. Love that they have a parking lot as well. I'll definitely keep them in mind for when I'm ready to do some true interior designing.

It's a beautifully-decorated shop, and the customer service lady (I didn't get her name) was super friendly and very welcoming to my husband and I. We didn't need any interior design services at this time, but we had an uplifting browse, and we bought a couple of nice-smelling candles, along with a wick-trimmer. Stopping in to this lovely little shop made our day better. I see here on the yelp page for this business that this business was established in 2014, however, when I asked the customer service lady when they'd opened, she told me that they'd opened in February of this year! I thought that was gutsy because I hadn't known this business existed before today, so I got the mistaken impression that the business was brand new. Perhaps she meant that this particular location opened in February 2021. In any case, I wish them all the luck, and I thank them for bringing a cheerful and uplifting experience to my day today! I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Thank you Janani!…read more Previously a complete skeptic of the practice of Feng Shui, I have changed my tune. I had just moved into one of my rentals in order to remodel, and for some reason, HATED being there -which was odd, since the condo is nice enough. After expressing my dilemma to a friend, she gave me a gift of a Feng Shui clearing by Janani Lucas. Figuring clearing simply meant clearing out my space, I discovered it included much more. Janani not only gave me tips on color, furniture placement, and other "mundane cures" that were SPECTACULAR, she also did extensive meditation and "transidental (spiritual) clearing" -all the while teaching me about the practice of Feng Shui and explaining what she was doing. I instantly felt refreshed when she had finished. And now, two weeks later, my house feels CLEAR. I want to be there. I can't explain it, but I just feel more comfortable and refreshed in my home (and so does my skeptical partner!)
