I landed a consultation with their designer Olesya and received direct communication with her from the beginning. She continued to provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and depth of experience in the industry was key to helping bring my vision to life. We had two unique spaces to design and I wanted to maximize every square inch. Oleysa poured over every detail and worked with me over a few in person visits at their showroom, in my home and even a few face time calls to get the design perfect! I think the secret recipe for Inspired Closets' process is how the Designer and Install team work directly together. Oleysa communicated with the install team from the beginning of the design all the way through to the end of installation. This meant there was less room for error in our design plan and helped ensure a smooth installation. Our installer David was amazing. He was professional and experienced. David was able to install elements of my design with complete ease that other companies had refused saying their install team would not be able to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was done right. His attention to detail was not lost on us. In the end, we couldn't be happier. I'll be honest in that I can be picky and I didn't have a single complaint throughout the process. In fact, we have already started another project through Inspired Closets with Olesya for my husband's office. We hope to land David as our installer again. Overall I highly recommend Inspired Closets and am extremely grateful for both Olesya and David for their hard work. Before, my husband and I were in transition going from 2 separate homes to 1, and life was messy and unmanageable...and our home reflected that. We had double or triple of things which were randomly placed. It was so overwhelming that it was a huge source of stress and most likely put a strain on our relationship. What happened? We hired Sherri not knowing how brilliant she was. Her personality is warm,compassionate, and totally non-judgemental. This is so important because messiness can come with shame. She was so supportive in OUR vision of our home, and taught us the skills, tools, and systems needed to organize. I also want to note she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a whole person, not just getting things organized. I can give you every reason / excuse as to why I hadn't been able to get my act together, but you already know. Christy was able to approach my situation in a way that was caring and fun. She wasn't just trying to help me "get rid" of stuff, but really had me look into why I felt the need to have X in the first place. We'd talk it through, come up with a solution, and act on it. Super cathartic. She'd give me realistic "homework" to do until next time, and of course, I'd make excuse why it wasn't done. No judgement! I looked forward to seeing her each time. Here's the thing. As my husband and I began planning for a cross-country move with two small children, we were…read morelooking for any services that might alleviate some of the planning burden from our shoulders and were pleased to meet Laura and the team at Eliminate Chaos. This pleasure would turn out to be quite misguided, and I am frustrated to say that all we received for our $3,000 was connections to the auto shipping and moving companies - both of whom we would then have to deal with directly ourselves for all of the details. My dissatisfaction with Laura's company began with something fairly innocuous - we were urged to send over a file as quickly as possible, and so I sent them a link to a Google Sheet document that they could download and save to their desktop as an Excel file. Imagine my surprise to receive an email (that I am sure I was charged for time on) directly from Laura saying "we do not use Google in our office". My ire continued to grow when the first moving estimate we received from the Eliminate Chaos team was for a PODS rental and delivery after I had specifically noted that I have a piano we need moved, and that I was not comfortable with sending that in a POD. Moreover, when we asked for the estimates to be sent as PDF attachments (and it is very easy to print an email to PDF and send), we again received an email directly from Laura (and again, I am sure we were charged for her time here) including phrasing such as "before [employee] spends more time on your project, it would be helpful to have you clarify specifically how you'd like this information presented." We had specified. We wanted separate PDF attachments. She pushed back again with "None of the quotes we've received have come via a PDF". Again, it is incredibly simple to click print to PDF on an email. In that same email thread, Laura said she would provide an estimate for packing services "sometime next week". This was on March 25. On April 8 (two weeks later), I emailed Laura to ask about the estimate, as we had not yet received it and in fact had already paid over $2,000 for their services. Her response was like a Dickens novel - clearly getting paid by the word - for a long-winded note that amounted to "I haven't done it yet and need another week. It'd be cheaper to have the movers do it." As a result, I told her that we would have the movers do it and did not need an estimate. Of course there was one more invoice to come - resulting from the email back and forth - bringing our grand total of expenses paid to Eliminate Chaos to just over $3,000. And as I said above, what we got out amounted to nothing more than a connection to the auto transport company and the moving company. Laura would argue her team came and did a walk-through of the house, taking pictures and preparing an initial inventory, and that is true...but it is also true that we had to heavily edit her inventory sheet and then repeat the entire process with the moving company for their final non-binding estimate. Would I use Eliminate Chaos again or recommend it to a friend? 0 out of 10. The only thing they eliminated was thousands of dollars from my bank account that would have been better used to cover closing costs on a new home.
