Her knowledge and depth of experience in the industry was key to helping bring my vision to life. We had two unique spaces to design and I wanted to maximize every square inch. Oleysa poured over every detail and worked with me over a few in person visits at their showroom, in my home and even a few face time calls to get the design perfect! I think the secret recipe for Inspired Closets' process is how the Designer and Install team work directly together. Oleysa communicated with the install team from the beginning of the design all the way through to the end of installation. This meant there was less room for error in our design plan and helped ensure a smooth installation. Our installer David was amazing. He was professional and experienced. David was able to install elements of my design with complete ease that other companies had refused saying their install team would not be able to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was done right. His attention to detail was not lost on us. In the end, we couldn't be happier. I'll be honest in that I can be picky and I didn't have a single complaint throughout the process. In fact, we have already started another project through Inspired Closets with Olesya for my husband's office. We hope to land David as our installer again.
