Wow... The service was AMAZING. First the consult - I felt seen, I felt heard. Olesya gave me all the time I needed..patiently heard me and whipped up 3d models of the closet within 30 mins during our appointment. I discussed stuff with her and got the closet what I wanted. I fold my clothes as that is how I have been brought up. Olesya heard.me and gave me the best possible setup. They also saw the portable AC that was just chilling in my room and factored that in. I surprisingly got a call to install.within 3 days which was great. The install was super smooth. I regret that I did not ask them their name - but they setup on my garage, cut things to fit, did the whole install and it looked exactly like the model. I had several consultations with local custom closet companies. Inspired Closets was by far the best overall. I landed a consultation with their designer Olesya and received direct communication with her from the beginning. She continued to provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and depth of experience in the industry was key to helping bring my vision to life. We had two unique spaces to design and I wanted to maximize every square inch. Oleysa poured over every detail and worked with me over a few in person visits at their showroom, in my home and even a few face time calls to get the design perfect! I think the secret recipe for Inspired Closets' process is how the Designer and Install team work directly together. Oleysa communicated with the install team from the beginning of the design all the way through to the end of installation. This meant there was less room for error in our design plan and helped ensure a smooth installation. Our installer David was amazing. He was professional and experienced. David was able to install elements of my design with complete ease that other companies had refused saying their install team would not be able to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was done right. His attention to detail was not lost on us. In the end, we couldn't be happier. I'll be honest in that I can be picky and I didn't have a single complaint throughout the process. In fact, we have already started another project through Inspired Closets with Olesya for my husband's office. We hope to land David as our installer again. Mary is a very nice person to work with, but she has not yet delivered on a project she was hired to evaluate. When ask, her response on multiple occations was, "I'll have the final report to you be tomorrow." Two years later, she is still promising the report will be soon. Be cautious when using her. I have used them for multiple rooms in my house- they quote good pricing, they show up on time, the people are INCREDIBLY NICE and they go above and beyond. The crew was so nice they they even installed a countertop for me (a service I didn't ask for or pay for initially) modifying the vanity they had just installed to make the countertop fit better-- just to be nice JUST TO BE NICE???!!! Our design consultant, Michael, was an absolute expert! He took the time to understand how we wanted to use the closets (and pantry) and made great recommendations. I was worried our primary bedroom closet was too narrow for a closet system on both sides but Michael somehow did the layout so that it actually seems bigger than before...having everything so organized is a huge stress reducer when it comes to getting ready for work or a night out. The install Team were very skilled and professional. We just had new hardwoods and carpets installed so we were worried about workers being in the house. They were super respectful, using drop cloths over the carpeting and they even put padding down when working over the new hardwoods. We are trilled with our new closets and don't know why we didn't do them years ago! read more

Poor customer service. I've had Inspired Closets in other cities and the customer service and install was flawless. This group didn't bring samples, didn't ask about amount of clothes, shoes, etc.. Didn't recommend accessories such as valet bar, belt bars and reach poles. Installation only took a day but installers left bare spots where the baseboards were removed and the closet base installed. Holes from previous system were filled but not sanded and painted. No follow up to see if I was happy with the installation and product but the made an immediate unauthorized charge to my credit card to pay the remaining 50%. No call, no heads up, no do you want to use the card or pay cash, nothing ! read more

It's always interesting when you see 5-star reviews - and think - it really can't be THAT great could it? Well - yes it can. WOW. KrisAnne and Paul were absolutely wonderful to work with. They listened to what I wanted - and presented me with options that met exactly that. They also provided guidance and suggestions I never would have thought of and maximized space I didn't realize I had. Our final product was higher-end, less-expensive, and more beautiful than all the other companies from whom I requested bids. From there, their closet installers, Tony and Mike, were as professional and easy to work with as KrisAnne and Paul. Andy (warehouse manager) called us ahead of time to let us know a couple of small pieces were back-ordered but would be showing up later - (so didn't get surprised during installation), Tony and Mike showed up 10 minutes early, were professional, friendly, completely cleaned up after they were done - you never would have known they were there except for the beautiful closets that were waiting for me upon my return home. They even texted me to say thank you and that they were done and leaving my house. Who DOES that anymore? This was the best experience - I am so glad I chose them to work with. I absolutely love my beautiful master bedroom closet. Don was great to work with- knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to any email questions. Jaimie was our installer. Stellar workmanship. I am so detail oriented and Jaimie's work was flawless, down to vacuuming up every speck of sawdust when he was finished. I was hesitant spending a chunk of money on a closet, but now I would do it again in a heartbeat! To truly have a closet system with every inch of space being useable is a dream. A fully deserved five stars through and through - Dan and the install team were awesome! Top notch professionals and the end result is even better than we expected. The installed product matches the design and is excellent quality. Plus, there are lots of little things we didn't think of, that they did, and make a world of difference. For example, the bedroom closet has a removable top shelf to ensure access to the ceiling hatch and the kitchen pantry shelves have varying heights so we can even fit cereal boxes from Costco. Stay Away from this company! This company is so disorganized that their lead contractor quit part way through the instillation process of our custom made Murphy Bed. The company changed manufacturers and distributors only a few months after we paid our deposit. This change caused the bed mattress be much smaller than we agreed to and we were given no notice of the change. They were several months late from the promised delivery date. Once they did get on site parts of the bed framing had to be remilled in our front room. The company contractors had never seen this design or style of Murphy bed. The bed system was supposed to have 2 lights installed above mattress in the overhead and 2 lights on each side of the bed in the alcoves. The company did not include any switches and 2 transformers were missing, further the contractors did not even know how to install the transformers that they did have. We tried to work first with the manager of the store but suddenly he left "on vacation" and so we were shuttled around to several other people, none of which could answer when they would be expecting the missing wiring and lights. Our purpose built mattress which had to be purchased independently had to be returned for a smaller one off the shelf and we were given no refund on the difference. The owner became belligerent and argumentative, unwilling to reduce the price of the unfinished product, threatening to take us to court. Stay away from this company, not even their staff like to work with the owners. read more

Yesterday on the 09/12/2018, one guy from Organized spaces came and completed their installation of my walk-in closet. The guy started by removing the existing wire shelves. I reminded him that I have paid extra for the patch up works. He agreed and carried on with his work. Later, I walked in to the closet, and find many holes that are badly patched with white paste. I asked him whether he is going to leave the holes in this state, and he replied that this is the way it is going to be. I am in disbelief. My walk in closet, is now very ugly with all these white patches on the wall. Today, on the 09/13/2018, the same guy came back to finish the base of the trim. I am very shocked to see the current state of my closet, and cannot believe this has happened. I immediately hired workers to fix and paint the holes today. They took 3 hours, to remove the existing white patches, re-patch, sand it down, and paint over. I have to pay extra for this unforeseen job. Then I decided to send my feedback to Bryce (the sales) and asked for his response. I initially do not want to leave any feedback on Yelp, as I want to be fair to the company by getting their response first. Bryce responded my email, and I am more shocked by his insensitive email. In his email, he starts commenting that "it sounds like you don't have experience in wall patch", and starts telling me how to patch holes. Then he further defended saying that the patch work is correctly done. He also insulted me, by saying that I have to pay money for simple work done. And he ended his email saying that the company is VERY busy with many jobs and I should be happy to have my appointment moved up (I have waited for 6 weeks). This unprofessional and rude response has prompted me to send this review. On their website, "Working with us" tab under "preparation", the wording clearly said "prep and paint the wall of your closet". And the website also said "We take care of EVERYTHING so that nothing ends up on your to-do list". I have looked at their website prior making the appointment, and I believed what their website has indicated. When Bryce turned up on the consultation appointment, he also mentioned that the holes could be repaired with additional fee of $50. Now I felt like I am an idiot being scammed into this. This company actually presumed that everyone is able to patch holes? Who would even expect to receive a walk in closet with white patches all over the wall? Not me! What if the clients are handicapped or disabled? My house is a brand new construction home, and I am very upset that Organized space has done this. I paid thousand of dollars on their closet system, and ended up with the most terrible experience I had. I love supporting local businesses, and Organized spaces has destroyed my faith in this campaign. Check out the photos and proof. Please think twice before hiring this company. I had a comparison done with the Container Store and the price of getting equivalent work done even with their 20% new homeowner discount was still several hundred dollars above Organized Spaces along with lesser qualiity materials and more fees for transporting the materials. I recently purchased custom closets for my home through Organized Spaces. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My closets look amazing! I was very impressed with how quickly Brian Naranjo created the plans for our closets. He is easy to communicate with and has a great eye for organization. The guys who installed the closets (Tony being one of them) were friendly and they finished the job much faster than I was expecting. They patched up holes left over from the wire racks and made sure to clean up after the work was completed. The whole process went really well. First I want to start off by saying i'm really sorry to have to leave a bad review with a company having such a great review history. I have to point out a bad job when a bad job was done though. From speaking with employees working at Organized Spaces I gained a sense that they are really really busy these days. With a pulse on the Seattle market I don't blame them. Seattle is exploding with growth. I'm really happy for them, but I feel they might be falling victim to quantity over quality, which can easily happen in these circumstances, and is really unfortunate. The crew sent to my location also seemed to be a bit minor league, possibly freshly trained staff which might play into how busy things are these days as well as the quality of work. Speaking on the workmanship. Shelving adjacent to floor boards were not level with each other, gaps between shelves and walls and floor boards were uneven, front facing seams were not caulked to create a seamless built-in look, holes drilled for adjustable shelves were chipped in numerous spots, repeated tool indent marks were left in many spots and not blended in, end caps to wood were not clean having to go back on my own time for several hours and clean with goo gone removing solution and last I had just finished painting the room properly before installation and was left with a hand full of marks on the wall where it appeared their materials or equipment scored the wall. Again i'm truly sorry to leave reviews like this. It really stings to get sub par quality like this and to immediately have people asking for payment on completion in the thousands of dollars. read more

Five star service from start to finish! Dan ran an accurate quote, took all the measurements and provided quick design revisions. Three weeks later we got new closets in every room and entry. Big thanks to the installers! They came in and out, took down existing old shelving units, patched up the walls, did a great job with existing baseboard, left no mess behind! These guys are great. I had previously used California Closets in my old place and while they were good, they were pricey and the options seemed kind of limited. Organized Spaces had a bunch of wood and accessory options and I was able to make a pretty bad ass set of closets (walk-in, entry-way, and office). Installation was right on schedule and they finished a little early. The guys doing the install job were clean and pro and did a solid job. I'd use them in the future. read more
