I interviewed four different companies and decided to go with Rebecca from Closet Factory. Of everyone I met, Becci was the one who seemed truly devoted to my project. From start to finish, Becci went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy. Our installers were great too! I remember Vadim, but his partner's name escapes me. At any rate, both were clean, polite, professional, hard-working, respectful. I would recommend Closet Factory to anyone and I will use them again should I have a future project. Photos attached do not include my drawer handles, which were special order and arrived after the project was complete. I understood this when I ordered them, and Becci came the day after Thanksgiving to deliver/install them and even threw in a free tie rack! From the very beginning of the process, my experience with the Closet Factory in Bothell was exceptional. Brent was my design consultant. He came to my home to take measurements for a quote. He spent a great deal of time talking with me about exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the use the improved spaces. Our follow up design review was flawless. He answered all my questions and explained the next steps. Once the contract was signed, I received a call to schedule the installation. The installation crew arrived on time and were ready to get started right away. Juan Torres and Santiago were delightful. They were polite and efficient throughout my 3-day install. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and thoroughly cleaned the installed areas before their departure on the final day. I honestly can't think of anything that I was unhappy about throughout the entire process. The final finished areas are outstanding and exactly what I wanted. Starting with Keith, a Closet Factory designer, he was so personable, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a 3-D rendition of what my closet would look like, which was so helpful, no annoying upsell or pressure to upgrade... Closet factory was very good about being quick to get me scheduled. The best part is, they will do the tear out and the install on separate days which allowed me time to paint the inside of my closet! Tony did the tear out. He was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and puttied all the holes that had been in the walls. Victor came to do the install. He showed up promptly at 8 AM. He was also very personable and professional. Just had a new closet installed and somehow I wound up losing majority (about 75%) of my hanging space. I now have Just over 3 feet of space to hang all of my "long" items. By long, I mean pants hung by their cuff. It doesn't accommodate my long winter coat or any longer dresses. The remaining hanging spaces are all waist level, the shirts only clear the floor by a couple of inches and are the only articles of clothing short enough to hang in those spaces, whereas before all clothing hung just below my eye level. Made it super easy to see my clothes. I barely have enough space for what I have to hang - there's no room to add any additional clothing. I even asked a couple of times if they were sure I'd have enough hanging space for my long items and other clothing and was emphatically told yes. Happy I have another closet I can use. Very unhappy and a very costly mistake. read more

We had a great experience with closet factory. We needed a new bedroom closet and the rep came out, looked at what we had, asked questions, offered suggestions and quickly provided a quote. Installation date was about 6-8 weeks out. Actual installl only took a day. What most impressed us was the follow up. They called and asked if there was anything else we needed. In fact, after filling the closet with our clothes we needed one of the shelves removed. Upon learning this closet factory sent someone out the next day. We highly recommend closet factory. Not only do they have competitive pricing, but also great customer service. read more

This was our worst experience with a design consultation appointment during our home renovation. We found the business through Costco pamphlets and scheduled a no-commitment consultation. While scheduling was easy and the representative arrived on time, the visit was unpleasant from the start. The representative pressured us by asking if we were consulting other companies and insisted on being the last to visit, which wasn't mentioned before. The two-hour session was filled with pressure tactics and repeated mentions of their commission and travel distance, time spent, leaving us emotionally drained. We decided not to proceed. Additionally, going through Costco with them requires paying them 100% upfront payment. Installation dates are discussed later after signing the contract. read more
