Update 8-23-24: Everything has been taking care of and they went above and beyond what was asked of them!!!! Thank you!! Update 8-20-24: Owner called and stopped by this evening and said it will be taken care of!! The in home design consultation and sales person was good and thorough. My wife and I felt comfortable with them and decided to proceed since they were associated with Costco. We asked very pointed questions via text, in person and via email. One question, via text, of importance was whether or not soft close slides are used on the sliding shelves were used. We wanted soft close since the shelves are against the same wall as our heads when in bead and nobody wants a sliding shelve hitting the wall while they are sleeping when your SO is trying to sleep. They assured us that soft close was available on the sliding shelves. After we paid the full amount on June 26th we received an email on July 5th saying we had a check measure on July 12th and an install date of August 8th. They showed up on time and were in and out without any questions for the check measuring. August 8th came and the installers showed up on time and were very nice. When they had completed two things were amiss 1) no soft close on the sliding shelves as promised and 2) the enclosure to cover our radiant floor heating manifold and controller. I asked the installers about both items and they said they have never done soft close on sliding shelves and knew nothing about the heating enclose. I showed them the paperwork where we paid for the extra enclosure and the text stating that soft close was included as part of the sliding shelf components and assembly. The installers said they would make note of it and take it back to the office to get it straightened out. On august 9th I followed up with a text to see what the plan was and they said they were looking into. August 14th I followed up again since I had not heard anything and I received no response. August 19th I called the main office in Bothell and after three attempts finally talked to a person and they could only say that someone will call me back. So after 10 days from the install we still can't use our closet system or move into our room since it is unfinished. The county has even signed off for the final building so we can move in. I have tried to give them some time to get it straightened out but not to hear anything is very frustrating. read more
