The closet Eric designed and built for my daughter's room

Eric worked with me to design and build exactly what I wanted for my daughter's room. His price ended up being less than I would have paid for something that was "almost but not quite right" from Ikea. And it's built very solid and anchored to the wall. This is a one-person business, and he's popular because the work is good, so expect to wait. But it's worth the wait, I got exactly what I wanted!

Eric was super clean, professional, and thorough. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He immediately brought up any issues (which were very few) that arose and discussed options. He did a master closet, 2 guest bedroom closets, 2 linen closets and an entry closet for us. Several of the closets had oddities like sloped ceiling or space constraints that he was able to manage very effectively to maximize utilization of the space. I would definitely recommend (and have already) to friends and family and will be calling him in the future when we have more work! Thank you Eric!!!

We moved into an older home and needed better closet space for two rooms. The original closet space was basic and we wanted a reasonable upgrade for our kids' rooms. After looking around, we landed on Eric the Closet Guy. Eric came by and we discussed what we wanted. We're happy with Eric's work and our new closets. Eric's was great to work with. Highly recommended and we'll be requesting Eric in the future for our Master bedroom.

I wish I could post 100 stars for Eric as he transformed our ugly, cluttered basement into a thing of beauty by custom designing and installing floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, so that the overwhelming amount of stuff we had, is now nicely tucked away & organized, thanks to his superlative, professional & precise planning & suggestions. Eric was easy to communicate with, responded to our questions promptly & showed up on time, putting in a full day's hard work each time. Because of the pandemic's supply chain shortages, this process took longer than expected but that wasn't Eric's fault. What I appreciate the most is the artistry, beauty and quality of his work! You can go cheap w/IKEA or Home Depot but for quality & beauty, I highly recommend Eric. Thanks Eric, we are so enjoying our new basement space!

Eric developed a custom master closet solution for my wife and me. We, after reading reviews from his customers, were really excited to work with Eric, and he exceeded our expectations. Great communicator, passionate about his work, and excellent craftsmanship. 10/10 the hype is real

I left two messages for Eric asking for a call back to schedule a consultation. I never heard back - pretty disappointed.

Eric listens carefully then designs, creates and installs a quality product. I am very pleased with the final results.

As we were remodeling our master bath, we thought it would be a good idea to also do a custom closet.

My friends love color, and the designers worked with them to take out a couple of walls, merge the dining area, and turn a closed L-shaped kitchen into an open festive space with yards of counter space, walls of cabinets, and easy seating for twelve! Did my friends love working with Seriously Happy Homes? Totally! Do they love the result? Absolutely!

She is patient and kind as she walks you through the design process and answers your (inevitable) many questions each step of the way. We worked with her to redesign three spaces in our home: our kitchen, and two bathrooms. With each space, she found ways to approach them in new and practical ways when we felt otherwise overwhelmed. She guided us through choosing stunning finishes, and we received so many compliments from contractors and friends alike along the way. We had never done a remodel - and now, being on the other end of the process, we don't know where we would have been had we not had her detailed designs to guide us all along the way. Whenever questions arose, it was invaluable to have something so concrete to refer to, and we can't recommend this approach enough for anyone considering a remodel.

They have a studio space upstairs and a display room + shop downstairs. They have a smaller selection, but great to see options that are from a local small business vs. a big box store. Price ranges are anywhere from $500+ for small furniture pieces and up. Home decor and accessories like candles, frames and art are reasonable, boutique pricing as expected. Love that they have a parking lot as well. I'll definitely keep them in mind for when I'm ready to do some true interior designing.

It's a beautifully-decorated shop, and the customer service lady (I didn't get her name) was super friendly and very welcoming to my husband and I. We didn't need any interior design services at this time, but we had an uplifting browse, and we bought a couple of nice-smelling candles, along with a wick-trimmer. Stopping in to this lovely little shop made our day better. I see here on the yelp page for this business that this business was established in 2014, however, when I asked the customer service lady when they'd opened, she told me that they'd opened in February of this year! I thought that was gutsy because I hadn't known this business existed before today, so I got the mistaken impression that the business was brand new. Perhaps she meant that this particular location opened in February 2021. In any case, I wish them all the luck, and I thank them for bringing a cheerful and uplifting experience to my day today! I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

I don't know about their past, but 2024 through the beginning of 2025 makes them a non-viable vendor. Consider others that will be responsive and prioritize your project.

There was something about Terence when I first met him that I really liked. I kept his business card. I ended cancelling my order with my cabinet maker and set up an appointment with Terence. I really liked the style of cabinets he was offering and really connected with him. I found Terence to be very hard working and honest. He really wanted to help me achieve the modern look I was aiming for. We connected and developed a great working relationship! I had quite a job for him, a kitchen, walk in pantry and 3 bathrooms that all needed cabinets. He was attentive to details and very responsive with communications in his emails and texts. Terence has so many years of experience behind him. He is so good in trouble shooting areas that might need a little help. He is also very hands on and did some of the install himself. He inspected every single cabinet and adjusted them where it was needed. Terence has a great attitude, happy and so easy to get along with. I really enjoyed working with Terence. I trusted his insight and judgement. I even would ask him for his opinion on decorating my home and he was so helpful with his design tips. I highly recommend Luna Kitchens and Bath if you are seeking a beautiful kitchen/bath outcome!

They took multiple pieces of our personal furniture and décor during de-staging and then acted as though it was somehow our fault for not reporting it fast enough. The missing items included sentimental pieces that were never returned. What's astonishing is how little effort was made to repair the situation. Rather than prioritizing an apology or proactive resolution, their first communication was a demand for payment -- while our belongings were still missing. Even once items were eventually located, no meaningful concession was offered. They refused to acknowledge the seriousness of their mistake and minimized it at every turn. Blaming the customer ("you should have told us sooner") while holding onto our property is unacceptable. A reputable company would take ownership, apologize without conditions, and offer fair compensation. Instead, SSTS nickel-and-dimed us, hid behind their contract, and shifted blame. If you want to deal with a company that talks down to its clients, charges top dollar for mediocre work, wastes your time, and shows zero accountability when they make serious mistakes, then this is the staging company for you. For everyone else: stay far away.

When they de-staged our home they ended up taking several of our own expensive items (including an area rug, floor lamps, vases, and sculptures), those same standards were not applied. This was especially disconcerting because we were told that during staging, SSTS would not move existing furniture under any circumstances, yet during the de-staging moved a steel frame four-post bed to take our area rug from upstairs in our bedroom. SSTS prides itself as highly professional and reputable, but our experience was the exact opposite. The owner, Shirin, imposes strict rules on homeowners with language in the contract that heavily protects the company, but does not take ANY responsibility for damages to the homeowners property or for missing items. Once notified that they had taken our things, many weeks went by without any attempt to make things right. Instead of an apology or resolution, the first communication we received from them was a reminder that our invoice was unpaid. Ultimately, most but not all of our items were located and returned to us, with the exception of a sentimental sculpture and a wall mirror. I had requested that our total invoice be reduced for the inconvenience and was told no. No concession was offered to me for the major inconvenience, and I was told I can follow up with them in "court or litigation." Upon push back, SSTS agreed take $250 off of our nearly $10,000 bill. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Seattle Staged to Sell given the lack of accountability and professionalism experienced.
