These guys did quality work and were easy to communicate with. We used them to refinish hardwood floors that had been in the house for decades. The result was fantastic. Their pricing was fair and true to their word. They offered a couple of different upgrade options without pushing them. They were also able to match us up with a good carpet company. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

EC Hardwood did an excellent job installing and finishing new oak flooring as well as sanding and refinishing the existing flooring in my home. I contacted George about refinishing our floors and redoing a portion of the dining room floor. He was able to come out the same day to give me a quote and from the first visit was a pleasure to work with. George gave a number of different suggestions based on our floors, layout, family (we've got young children), and budget and we were able to figure out something that met all our needs. To be honest, I didn't bother calling anyone else after getting his quote because it was clear that George is honest, deeply knowledgeable about his craft, and cares about the work he does. He and his crew were able to work in our project to meet everyone's schedules and they did beautiful, careful work. Beforehand we did a walkthrough to confirm what they would be doing. (At this point we decided to also refloor the tiny laundry room. It didn't cost much and totally worth it!) Throughout the project George kept me updated via text and photos and was super quick to reply to my questions. Our floors look fantastic and I 100% recommend George and EC Hardwood flooring. read more

George and his crew from Eastern Europe really know how to install and finish both hardwood and LVP flooring. They did a FABULOUS job on multiple rooms and areas for me. Their pricing was very competitive; I had obtained 4 bids for this job. George is very accessible by phone or text, and is in close contact with his clients. I am very glad I chose E C Hardwood Flooring, and I highly recommend them to you for quality workmanship, completed in a timely manner, with great clean up too! read more

E C Hardwood Flooring - Freshly installed oak floor - Flooring Near Me

I want to give a great shout out to George and his crew at European Custom (EC) Flooring. I am doing a remodel of my den/office which still had the original, circa 1965, #3 common oak flooring that was looking pretty worn. George was very responsive in making quick connection to my request for a bid, came to the house the next day and we had a great conversation about the project and options (we are both lovers of real hardwood). Their bid was competitive with others I received but he was the only one who actually came to have a personal look. He was able to work it in that same week and the results are gorgeous included 3-coats of Swedish finish. I couldn't be happier with the results. He is personable and a delight to work with. 5-stars all the way in my book! read more

E C Hardwood Flooring - a hardwood floor in a room - Flooring Near Me

George & his team did an awesome job on our flooring. They installed new matching oak flooring and inter-wove it with the existing oak in a connected space. Then they re-finished the whole area so it would look continuous. The outcome is beautiful! George also installed custom floor vent covers made out of the exact same oak, at a great price. Everything looks beautiful and seamless and George helped us make the right choices on style and placement for the best finished product. Thanks! read more

I would give negative stars if I could. They did a horrible job refinishing our floors. We had to have another company come in and try to fix the damage. The other company couldn't fix it all, they felt so badlynthat they actually gave us money back. Wrong wood filler color, debris all over floors under top coat, bubbles in finish, sloppy with stain (got it on our new cabinets). read more

George was awesome! He was able to squeeze our relatively small project into his busy schedule. The quality of his work is excellent and he was able to do so at a reasonable price. read more

My "new-old" floors are better than I ever could have imagined. George and his crew were on time, on budget, on target and created such beauty in my home that I don't want to move my furniture back in. I needed several patches, and all look seamless with the original floor. He brought new life to my 1936 fir, and created a continuous flow with the 2004 oak. He even came after hours to do a last-minute patch I needed. He is conscientious, respectful and gracious. His employees are the same. I would never go to any other floor team. Ever. read more

Amazing! George and his team were incredible! My 120-year old fir floors needed to be rescued and he made them look beautiful. I get compliments all the time from people who visit our house. George is the best. We have used him and his team for four projects. George is reasonably priced, does excellent work, and always goes above and beyond. For example, my husband and I were redoing our stairs and opted to remove the carpet ourselves. George lent us his own tools to make our work easier. He responds promptly and works with your schedule. We had a bit of an urgent need when we needed some flooring re-done to accommodate a new fireplace. He sent his guys out the following day. read more

We hired George to refinish our floors and do a floating installation. He was very detailed, answered all my questions - I had so many - and did the work for a fair price. He didn't need to take off the baseboards, which saved us money. He demoed the natural wood color so we could see how it would look great (rather than do a different color). He and Tim were very careful with the house and diligent with refinishing tough corners/areas. They also replaced the heating covers with matching wood vents. After the work was finished, George gave us tips on how to take care of the floor and how to prevent scratches. He also came back to replace a floor strip that was loose and checked that everything was good. Super nice! Strongly recommend! read more

We've worked with George and E C Flooring on a couple projects now, and the results have been fantastic. They do quality work at a reasonable price. They have installed vinyl plank flooring and baseboards throughout our first floor townhome, and it looks awesome. We trusted George so much that we planned a road trip around the time he would be doing work on our floors and were never worried about the quality of the end product. George and his team at European Custom Flooring recently completed installation of new red oak hardwood floors in two rooms of our home. The work involved assistance in moving some furniture, removal of carpeting and superb installation of 2 hardwood floors, sanding, and 3 coats of Swedish Finish to the new floors in the office and family room. The workmanship completely met our expectations, namely superb. The responsiveness and work ethic of his team exceeded expectations. The new floors match the pre-existing floors in the adjoining hallway and kitchen perfectly. European Custom Flooring did the work on schedule with excellent cleanup.
