Quang offered the best prices, was always on time, and his crew worked incredibly hard with great attention to detail. What truly sets him apart is his ability to problem-solve. Our historic house came with a bundle of surprises, including a sagging floor and subfloor issues. Quang knew exactly how to handle it, even building a support wall in our basement to make sure everything was structurally sound. Even after we moved in, his customer service was top-notch. We asked him to take care of a few minor details, and he was on time and on point every single time. I would hire him again in a heartbeat

First of all - Most of their 5 star reviews are fake both on Yelp and Google Maps. More on in…read morelater. Second, my actual experience - They are borderline fraudsters, and most likely will scam you once you sign the contract. I did a project worth $15K with them and it was a nightmare experience. First, they began adding several hidden charges, knowing that I have no other option than to stick with them. Second, they did a quite a bit of damages in my home during installation and walked away citing the contract holds them not responsible. Finally, they were tried a neat trick to charge you more - they will increase the square footage of installation, I am not talking about 10% wastage. For my 650 sq. ft carpet installation (including 10% wastage) they were charging me for 765 sq. ft. When I questioned them, they reverted it back to 650 sq. ft. Something to be careful with these people. The workmanship is just ok. Harwood installation was ok, carpet installation was a lower quality work. Here's how they work - they subcontract to another folks who in turn subcontract to another folks, this caused a lot of churn in communication and in the end, you pay for all the middleman. Lastly, they will not honor anything they mention on their website or provide any kind of warranty. The same owner has another store in Lynnwood - Wills Flooring and you will see a striking similarity in review content, language as well as posters for both the stores. All these reviewers who have given 5 stars have posted only 2-4 reviews on Google, they all have stock photos and their profiles are locked. So, please double check before trusting the reviews.

Ok i am finally writing this review. I was looking for a hardwood floor installation company to…read morereplace all existing carpets with new hardwood floors. After talking to 3 companies that were all recommended by my coworkers, I ended up going with Dinu for the following reasons. - his passion for hardwood. i want someone who is passionate about his work. Dinu is the man - knowledge. i ended up chatting with all of them and found Dinu to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Because this is something he is passionate about , he would spend enough time to explain his thoughts. - integrity. his estimate was very buttoned up without any funny stuff Honestly, there are lots of people who know how to install hardwood floors. I've done that on my own so for me, finding a guy that i can trust and rely on mattered more than anything else. Dinu is that type of the guy. Because the work can only start after closing the house, I had to time everything perfectly and even with a perfect plan, things always go wrong, and it is a matter of a call or text to him to take care of it. Of course, the installation done by his crews (great guys too. there is this older gentleman who is very professional and put all the young guys to shame!!! I believe his name was Mike. It was such a pleasure to get to know the crews as well. I am pleased with the quality for the planning, communication and installation done by Dinu and his team. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend ADL.In fact, I will most likely use his service to update the other house in the near future. Thanks Dinu!
