I had an excellent experience with Kara and Katherine at Pepper's Personal Assistants. Having never used their service or a personal assistant before (I'm one of those people who do it all myself, must be the OCD), I didn't know what to expect. When the transport service informed me that their delivery date had changed to an earlier arrival in Seattle than when I would be there to accept delivery of my car, I had not choice but to take a risk and reach out for help. I am quite grateful and glad I did just that. I cannot say enough complimentary comments about my experience starting the minute Kara answered my call, to having to easily Paypal money to Katherine to pay the driver (who kept changing the location of the drop off up to the last minute) to returning home and finding my car in the front of my house. Professional -- Trustworthy -- Affordable -- are just a few words I would use to describe my experience. I am an Office Manager at a nationwide law firm and trust and dependability are key to my work ethic and let's face it, are difficult to find in today's service-oriented businesses. However, Pepper's Personal Assistants have secured my return business with them without any doubt! They've earned my trust and that of my firms.

With a baby on the way and first time mom I was understatedly in over my head with my move cross-country and our whole life still in boxes. Let's just say I really needed some help. I decided to give professional home organization a go for the first time. I sifted through several applicants and when l came across Amy's application it was obvious to me by the warmth in her tone she was for us because what I needed was understanding and patience and that's what she offered; 4 times a month for 2 years. She comes in with a big smile and her 12+ years of experience and completely set the standard for me in this industry. She is motivated, kind, particular and thorough. Gosh, our family misses her very much!! If you're in need of some gentle, at your pace help with purging, a "place" for all your things that just makes sense or maybe just a spring cleaning and trust is also a priority, she's it. She's gifted enough to spruce up your living room decor (even when limited to items you already own) and humble enough to pick up after your dog. I learned a great deal from observing from her work. I was either taking notes or lending her a hand. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and it got me off of my behind. I had many years of recyclable materials that became overwhelming. I didn't know where to start, but she sure showed me how to tackle it. It's been a couple of years now, and I learned how to stay on top of the cardboard, plastic, paper, glass, etc. in my home. I didn't have anyone to help me…read moresince I had become a shut-in with no friends and my only relatives in Europe, I am also embarrassed to admit, I am a "hoarder" and that has made it difficult to let anyone into my home unless I trust them completely! Well since I had no choice I had to call an errand running business and after two weeks of phone interviews with several companies I finally settled on Helping Hand Errand Services. I chose this company because the owner offered the right price, availability and friendly attitude someone like me needed. I was very worried that first day about what she would say when she saw and unfortunately smelled my house. As it turns out I had nothing to worry about. The owner Sylvia came in with the biggest smile on her face and she reassured me that life was going to get better, and it has!!! After years of living under my things that I could never find and the nice stuff I had getting ruined and broken from years of neglect she changed all that. After several months of organizing (at my slow pace) the house is now neat and clean and I was finally able to let go of a lot of useless things I didn't need. I am eating better, I feel better and my appearance has changed. Sylvia even helped remodel my bathroom so I could use my shower and toilet again (yes I said again). We are planning a large yard sale for the summer so we can clear out the house even more and I am very excited about the future.     Rosalyn is a spectacular - she and her husband saved my wedding day in 1,001 ways! I forgot just…read moreabout everything and 1 week before the wedding I hired her and she threw together a last minute wedding website that was ADORABLE. We were low on party favors and she thought of making these adorable smores packets for our bonfire with little labels with our names in them. They were a HUGE hit and totally filled things out. She also brought me the razor AND tooth brush I forgot. When my photographer went to the wrong location she and her husband played photographer for the dressing and they took GREAT pictures. She shuffled people around, kept things on time, rounded out edge, made everything look sharp and was extremely personable, professional, and polished. Everyone LOVED them! And this is only the things I remember them doing off the top of my head. I'm probably not even aware of MANY things they did. O, like when my sister/bridesmaid would NOT stop complaining about her dress and makeup and insisting someone do her makeup, Roz even did my sisters makeup may be to be nice - probably just to get her to shut up AND IT WORKED.
