She dove right in, helping us sort our shelves, working with my child to get rid of toys she had outgrown, and organizing everything into themed bins. In my office, she helped me cull through years of paperwork that had been accumulating in piles. A few months later, I hired Louise to come back and help with our kitchen. Again, she helped us organize everything, from labeling and alphabetizing all of our spices, to helping us get a handle on our pantry and kitchenware. Louise works really hard, is easy to talk to, can work with different personality types (several of my friends use her too!), helps you donate/trash unwanted items, and makes you love your house again. I highly recommend her and I can't wait to tackle another room in a few months!

The best part? I didn't have to ask - things just...get done. Pepper's personal assistants aren't errand runners (though they do that, too). They're...magic household managers - they spend some time up front figuring out what's important to you, and boy it's worth it. They care about getting it right and are one step ahead. And they relieve the mental load of having to coordinate it all. Thank you Pepper's!

I had an excellent experience with Kara and Katherine at Pepper's Personal Assistants. Having never used their service or a personal assistant before (I'm one of those people who do it all myself, must be the OCD), I didn't know what to expect. When the transport service informed me that their delivery date had changed to an earlier arrival in Seattle than when I would be there to accept delivery of my car, I had not choice but to take a risk and reach out for help. I am quite grateful and glad I did just that. I cannot say enough complimentary comments about my experience starting the minute Kara answered my call, to having to easily Paypal money to Katherine to pay the driver (who kept changing the location of the drop off up to the last minute) to returning home and finding my car in the front of my house. Professional -- Trustworthy -- Affordable -- are just a few words I would use to describe my experience. I am an Office Manager at a nationwide law firm and trust and dependability are key to my work ethic and let's face it, are difficult to find in today's service-oriented businesses. However, Pepper's Personal Assistants have secured my return business with them without any doubt! They've earned my trust and that of my firms.

Her team was professional, helpful, and worked incredibly hard. During the week of our move, I got sick, so she just took over for me, and wow did I need that. I highly recommend her and her service. The unpacking was invaluable, as there is no way I could have gotten it done while sick. In one day, everything was put away and we were able to park the cars in our garage! Use Seamless Mcoves - you won't be disappointed. Notes: You do contract directly with the mover, but it's no big deal. The use vetted professionals, and our movers were also amazing. She came over three times for four hours each, and we worked on the master closet, then my home office and then the kitchen. Her help has CHANGED MY LIFE! It might sound like a hyperbole, but it is true. I am so much happier (just ask my husband!) now that I know exactly where things are and don't have to run around the house ranting and raving, looking for things. I look better because I can actually see and remember what clothes I own. I am saving money because I am not purchasing duplicate (or triplicate) items because I can't find something only to find it later. She is a total problem-solver and came up with solutions for making my life easier that I had never thought of. The best part is that she really tried to work with the storage and organizational systems I already had in place (rather than purchasing new systems, although I did end up spending a bit of time at Target and the Container Store) AND she worked with my natural tendencies in storing and organizing rather than trying to change my habits. Kathryn is not afraid to get down and dirty either. The first thing she did was ask for a rag so that she could wipe down layers of dust while we organized. She is engaging and personable and made every session of four hours of organizing fly by. She was so motivating and inspiring that I found myself staying up late at night to continue organizing after she was long gone (who would have thought?). I totally intend to use her services again in our new space when our ongoing remodel is complete. Thanks for making my life so much easier, Kathryn!
