She dove right in, helping us sort our shelves, working with my child to get rid of toys she had outgrown, and organizing everything into themed bins. In my office, she helped me cull through years of paperwork that had been accumulating in piles. A few months later, I hired Louise to come back and help with our kitchen. Again, she helped us organize everything, from labeling and alphabetizing all of our spices, to helping us get a handle on our pantry and kitchenware. Louise works really hard, is easy to talk to, can work with different personality types (several of my friends use her too!), helps you donate/trash unwanted items, and makes you love your house again. I highly recommend her and I can't wait to tackle another room in a few months!

These people are awesome and they always do what they say…read more I have used them for multiple rooms in my house- they quote good pricing, they show up on time, the people are INCREDIBLY NICE and they go above and beyond. The crew was so nice they they even installed a countertop for me (a service I didn't ask for or pay for initially) modifying the vanity they had just installed to make the countertop fit better-- just to be nice JUST TO BE NICE???!!! Who does that?!!! Blown away at how great they were. They are the best. Hands down flat out- the best.

We recently worked with Katrina to design and install 4 closets and it was a great experience all…read morethe way through! We got bids from all 3 major closet designers and chose Inspired Closets because they were the most professional, the materials were the best fit for our home and the Katrina's designs seemed to have an additional level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that would make our new closets a perfect fit for us. Interestingly, the prices from all 3 companies we got bids from were approximately the same. The installation process was very smooth and professional and the quality of work was excellent! Now that we have filled our closets, we really appreciate the attention to detail that went into creating closets that perfectly fit our needs and are so beautiful. Thank you to Katrina and the team for all your great work!!

I had used this service before and had a good experience. This time was different. After 1.5 hours,…read moreI had trouble understanding where the organizer was going with her plan, so I tried to express my needs and what I was looking for. After discussing for a while, she just left, having made more of a mess than was there before. I am including the "after" photo. Update: I got an email from the CEO threatening me for this review. It's unfortunate that her employee was upset with our appointment too. I stopped her to understand what her plan was and explain my needs, so that we weren't wasting our time. I'm sorry that my feedback hurt her feelings. My harshest feedback to her was, "I understand your piles, but I don't see how they are helpful," and "there are a lot of piles here - at some point they become superfluous." I have nothing against her employee. She seemed like a nice person. But I didn't see that her method was meaningful, and her explanation was only "this is my training" so I continued to not understand her plan, and I pressed to find out more, because I genuinely wanted her help. I tried to explain that all I wanted was someone to sit with me and say "do you need to keep this?" But she told me that her way was to make a bunch of piles, leave for 30 min so I could decide what to get rid of by myself, and then come back and put the leftovers away. I told her that if she did that, I would just feel overwhelmed and probably not do anything. So she told me she couldn't help. As she got up to leave, I even said, "ok we can do it your way. I'll try to trust you. Please don't leave me with this mess." But she left anyway. I wasn't going to even write a review until I realized she had scattered my sentimental box in an unfixable way. When I realized that, I cried. I had told her I wanted to work together, but she had refused, and if we had worked together in the first place, she wouldn't have destroyed the one thing that really mattered to me. It was a bad day for all involved. The CEO says I am a "bully" for articulating my needs, but I don't think my expectations were unreasonable. I wanted to go thru things together, and have the organizer be gently present as I made decisions about letting go. The organizer wanted to sort things herself and have me make decisions alone. Those ideologies are fundamentally at odds, so maybe it's good she left early.

Working with Rachel is a delight! We have referred her to many of our members at Pursuit Concierge…read morefor a variety of projects. From move-outs to move-ins, pantries to closets, small spaces to entire homes. She's very responsive and communicates really clearly and professionally. Recently, we worked closely with her on a huge project. Our mutual client was having their floors refinished while they were out of town. She helped move everything into boxes and ensured they were moved back to their original locations after the work was complete. One of the best things about Rachel is that she's able to work solo. Not everyone has the time or desire to do the organizing themselves - they'd rather have someone else just make the magic happen. With just a few thoughts on the desired end goal, Rachel can run with it and make sure your space is transformed. She's an incredible resource to have in our network and we'll continue to refer her to our members when the need for a space refresh comes up!

My house was out of control and I was crippled by the clutter and the mess. Lauren came to a walkthrough in my home with no judgement whatsoever and made me feel so comfortable from the moment we said hi. She has a system that makes it non-stressful for the decluttering and organizing process. She also has many connections and resources for what to do with your items that you don't want, or companies that can do things like build custom shelving and stuff like that. I don't have enough good things to say about Lauren and this business. I have a long way to go but I am already feeling less crippled, am more motivated to take good care of my home on a daily basis, and am more calm.

Where do I even start? Sherri is the real deal and has a true GIFT when it comes to helping others…read more We have worked with her from 2015 during the organizing process, and her and John in 2016 in the design process. This journey has been a complete LIFE CHANGER. I have to agree with the other reviewer about how she is "part organizer part therapist". Before, my husband and I were in transition going from 2 separate homes to 1, and life was messy and unmanageable...and our home reflected that. We had double or triple of things which were randomly placed. It was so overwhelming that it was a huge source of stress and most likely put a strain on our relationship. What happened? We hired Sherri not knowing how brilliant she was. Her personality is warm, compassionate, and totally non-judgemental. This is so important because messiness can come with shame. She was so supportive in OUR vision of our home, and taught us the skills, tools, and systems needed to organize. I also want to note she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a whole person, not just getting things organized. Now, yes, things can get easily get "messy" but we know exactly where things go and cleaning is quick and easy. No more stress anymore. Things in our home have a system tailored to our lifestyle. I can now organize on my own because I have the techniques I learned with Sherri. Her husband, John is fantastic too, and are glad we got a chance to work with him during our design renovations in our home. He's very professional and organized when dealing with scheduling and contractors. Absolutely recommend Sherri and John!! Thank you for helping us!

This is way overdue, but clearly a hint into why I needed to have someone like Christy come into my…read morelife! Christy was more than a de-clutter expert, she's therapy! I can give you every reason / excuse as to why I hadn't been able to get my act together, but you already know. Christy was able to approach my situation in a way that was caring and fun. She wasn't just trying to help me "get rid" of stuff, but really had me look into why I felt the need to have X in the first place. We'd talk it through, come up with a solution, and act on it. Super cathartic. She'd give me realistic "homework" to do until next time, and of course, I'd make excuse why it wasn't done. No judgement! I looked forward to seeing her each time. Here's the thing. Would my life be better if she lived in my home and did it for me? Sure! And she can " just do it" for the client. But for me, her methods have bled over into every aspect of my life. She "taught" me how to take these methods into work, into a way of thinking when approaching just about everything. And time flies when you are with her. Her personality and optimism is contagious! And she can shift focus at a moment's notice. Don't want to tackle de-cluttering closet today? Really need assistance in digital filing ( organizing that crazy computer, bills, etc)? She can do that, too. Need more sessions with her for sure, but not bc she didn't succeed. But bc I want to continue to better my life and 46 years of habits can be tough to break. And face it, we can all benefit from continuing to grow and be our better selves.
