The best part? I didn't have to ask - things just...get done. Pepper's personal assistants aren't errand runners (though they do that, too). They're...magic household managers - they spend some time up front figuring out what's important to you, and boy it's worth it. They care about getting it right and are one step ahead. And they relieve the mental load of having to coordinate it all. Thank you Pepper's!

I had an excellent experience with Kara and Katherine at Pepper's Personal Assistants. Having never used their service or a personal assistant before (I'm one of those people who do it all myself, must be the OCD), I didn't know what to expect. When the transport service informed me that their delivery date had changed to an earlier arrival in Seattle than when I would be there to accept delivery of my car, I had not choice but to take a risk and reach out for help. I am quite grateful and glad I did just that. I cannot say enough complimentary comments about my experience starting the minute Kara answered my call, to having to easily Paypal money to Katherine to pay the driver (who kept changing the location of the drop off up to the last minute) to returning home and finding my car in the front of my house. Professional -- Trustworthy -- Affordable -- are just a few words I would use to describe my experience. I am an Office Manager at a nationwide law firm and trust and dependability are key to my work ethic and let's face it, are difficult to find in today's service-oriented businesses. However, Pepper's Personal Assistants have secured my return business with them without any doubt! They've earned my trust and that of my firms.

Her team was professional, helpful, and worked incredibly hard. During the week of our move, I got sick, so she just took over for me, and wow did I need that. I highly recommend her and her service. The unpacking was invaluable, as there is no way I could have gotten it done while sick. In one day, everything was put away and we were able to park the cars in our garage! Use Seamless Mcoves - you won't be disappointed. Notes: You do contract directly with the mover, but it's no big deal. The use vetted professionals, and our movers were also amazing. They are great at packing, organizing, and helping you put away everything. If you want your move done right and quickly - Laurie and her team are excellent.

Today, Kathryn posted a much delayed follow-up claiming that she never worked for me. I took that…read morepossibility seriously and checked her photo to make absolutely certain that it was the same Kathryn I remembered. She definitely is. Whether she remembers the occasion or not, I can't tell, but she has worked for me, and the review stands. In her second comment, she no longer attempts to pretend that she never worked for me, but has changed her claim to throw a wild array of other accusations at me. I will let those stand as examples of the kind of behavior that I saw whenever Kathryn was criticized or asked to do something she disliked: first a convenient lie, then when called on that lie, an explosive burst of scattershot aggression. I will add that I never reposted a removed review. As far as I'm aware, my review never was taken down in the first place; I posted it shortly after the original period when Kathryn worked for me, several years ago, and I haven't paid any attention to it until Kathryn's comment reached me today. If it was ever in fact taken down and then reposted, then Yelp must have done both on their own; I wouldn't know.

From move-outs to move-ins, pantries to closets, small spaces to entire homes. She's very responsive and communicates really clearly and professionally. Recently, we worked closely with her on a huge project. Our mutual client was having their floors refinished while they were out of town. She helped move everything into boxes and ensured they were moved back to their original locations after the work was complete. One of the best things about Rachel is that she's able to work solo. Not everyone has the time or desire to do the organizing themselves - they'd rather have someone else just make the magic happen. With just a few thoughts on the desired end goal, Rachel can run with it and make sure your space is transformed. She's an incredible resource to have in our network and we'll continue to refer her to our members when the need for a space refresh comes up!

With a baby on the way and first time mom I was understatedly in over my head with my move cross-country and our whole life still in boxes. Let's just say I really needed some help. I decided to give professional home organization a go for the first time. I sifted through several applicants and when l came across Amy's application it was obvious to me by the warmth in her tone she was for us because what I needed was understanding and patience and that's what she offered; 4 times a month for 2 years. She comes in with a big smile and her 12+ years of experience and completely set the standard for me in this industry. She is motivated, kind, particular and thorough. Gosh, our family misses her very much!! If you're in need of some gentle, at your pace help with purging, a "place" for all your things that just makes sense or maybe just a spring cleaning and trust is also a priority, she's it. From the bottom of our hearts... Thank you, Amy.
