I do not typically write reviews, but this is long overdue review of Camelia's company! We have employed Camelia for our home cleaning needs for the last 3-4 years at least. I tried two other cleaning services before finding Camelia, and she is by far the best. She is sweet, thoughtful, conscientious, incredibly trustworthy, respectful of our possessions, reliable, detail oriented, fair, and most importantly does a fantastic job cleaning the home of two busy adults who are messy cooks, a very hairy dog and baby. I have referred her to at least 3 different friends and she not only continues to clean their homes, but is now cleaning the homes of their friends and family. Her work speaks for itself. She is thorough and does not rush through a service. Importantly, Camelia is also very responsive to feedback. There was one occasion (out of many many perfect cleans) where one of Camelia's cleaning crew members forgot to vacuum the couch. I brought it up with her when I noticed, she was responsive and apologetic and it has never happened again. I couldn't recommend anyone more to help care for your space. Also, I would note that the reason Camelia's company doesn't have a ton of reviews is because she doesn't push self- promotion onto her clients, she never has once asked me to leave a review in all these years and I find that really refreshing. Seabee was recommended from my previous property management for my last apartment. I would highly recommend this service!! She did an incredible job, was thorough and time efficient. She was also punctual and incredibly kind and professional. The flat rate and the amount of time it took to clean the apartment was great! We had been thinking of hiring a cleaner for quite a while, but it's a big decision and it was hard to know where to start in terms of finding someone. We have two dogs, work from home and have an older house that is more work to clean than it looks like it will be. We feared it would be a challenge to get the right person. One afternoon, I happened to see Camelia leaving a neighbor's house and I rushed over to try to meet her. It turned out to be my lucky day. I liked her on sight and her professionalism and pride in her work was evident from that first meeting to the time of this writing. Camelia has been cleaning for us biweekly for a couple of months now and we are so happy to have her with us. She is a very positive presence, highly detail-oriented, easy to communicate with, and prompt and direct in all dealings. We have been using Seabee cleaning for about 5 months now. Camelia comes every two weeks. We have had regular cleaners for a while now, and have struggled to find someone that is respectful and continues to do a good job. We feel like we have finally found that with Camelia. She is always prompt and continues to make our house immaculate every time. With other cleaners I felt like I was always finding stuff that they missed. I have never once felt like I have ran across anything that she has missed. We have an indoor kitty and she is careful not to let her out. She always greets her by her name and a hello pet. Plus when she's done cleaning not a trace of pet hair is found. We work from home and we hardly know she's here. We are able to be on calls without crazy background noise. This had been a problem with other cleaners. Their are other times we go and work from the coffee shop or are out of town, and we totally trust her to take care of our home while we're away. We contacted a few cleaning services in the area to clean the rental we just moved into to give us a good "base clean". Seabee Home Cleaning contacted us within hours of us reaching out and continued to follow up immediately with questions and booking our free estimate. Camelia (owner) was extremely professional with her emails and her attire. During Covid-19 she wore all of the appropriate masks, gloves and shoe covers. She provided an estimate before she left and we decided then to book an appointment. Her estimate was very reasonable. Camelia followed up with a text the day before to confirm our appointment and she was on time for the service. The cleaning she provided for the house was fantastic. She cleaned areas we didn't realize COULD be cleaned. Camelia did all of the cleaning herself and was even kind and friendly to our 2 dogs. I would recommend Camelia ANY day and we will more than likely ask her back on a monthly basis just based on the great job she did even though we had not originally planned on hiring anyone for a monthly cleaning.
