They accept wine shipments that need to have a signature which is so helpful if you regularly have wine shipped, so you don't have to be home to accept it. To the reviewer that noted their wine bottles were not stored on their side and the corks dried out - that's on them - not the wine storage owners/operators. The business provides temperature-controlled space and will place any shipments in your storage unit but the organization of wine and how the bottles are oriented in the unit are the responsibility of the wine owner.

First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!

Our bookshelves are missing the removable shelves, and they are nowhere to be found. When I contacted the owner, he gave me excuses and said the furniture just needed to be wiped down, which was not true. He then gave us lip service and said don't worry, I will take care of you guys... only to be completely silent and unresponsive. If you care about your house items, DO NOT hire these people. I reserved them for the last day of the month, my move out day. I planned a trip starting exactly after the move-out. However, they called me exactly one day before the schedule just to tell me that they cannot do it! They canceled their service just one day before moving. I had to cancel my plan and postpone everything for a day because I could not find any other mover, and they agreed to do my move out with one day delay. The move out day was even worse. Their staff did not want to take some of our staff, because we did not add them to their calculation list! There was no fan in their calculation list, and that is why I could not add the fan to their calculation list. I ended up throwing some of my stuff away. I even could not donate them because I had to rush to get to my trip. I do not recommend their service to anybody.
