How did they fix it? 3 zip ties. you would think after paying $250 a month for a secure unit that they would at least fix it the right way. I then asked if they saw anything on security cameras, and well guess what? the camera doesn't face towards my unit. Could this have been an inside job? Really makes me wonder! Lighting inside of the unit is poor, there is a older man living out of one of the units near the large bay door where you load and unload your belongings. They also are telling us we can't use disk locks or padlocks and are only allowed to use the far less secure cylinder locks.

If you are 30 days late, they begin the auction process in which case you have to pay a $200 fee. They are more interested in getting you in cheap, raising your rate quick and forcing evictions for quick turn around. As the manager told me, "Storage isn't meant to be a long term thing, you're only supposed to be here for a few months. We have people with the same size unit as you that have been here for years that are paying $400-500".
