The cheese was white and it appeared to be Monterey jack, not the conventional ball park yellow cheese sauce or shredded cheese. The cheese was melted, and it worked. This fries is perfect if you are fighting a hangover or drunk. The ingredients used was fresh and overall, I view these tacos as a premium taco. Larger than a street taco and does the job. My overall experience was exceptionally positive and I will be back. By the napkins, there's a red and green sauce in a bottle with plastic containers. The red or orange sauce had the right amount of heat. The green sauce was like any other green sauce. The red sauce does separate this place from other places.
