I've been here twice the past month. First time was when it first opened and it was crazy busy. I came here super late and most of the flavors I wanted to try were sold out. I ended up going with just a cup of Oreo soft serve with crushed Oreos and my friend got the ube soft serve with fruity pebbles in a cup. They were both okay. We kinda expected more tbh. However the 2nd time I came here it was much better. I ended up getting the chocolate and vanilla? Soft serve with a regular waffle, fruity pebbles, and pocky. I ended up eating the whole thing!!! My friend and I shared one and we got an Oreo soft serve with the original waffle flavor. For toppings we got strawberries, a toasted marshmallow, and condensed milk for the syrup. This was a 10/10 and we would definitely come eat this again! We didn't have to wait that long but we came towards the end of the night (but there was still a line!) Came by on a Monday evening and it was quite slow/low crowds in general. Ordered a scoop of chocolate ice cream with marshmallows + a cone with toppings for $24. Order took roughly 10 mins as we were fortunate enough to order before the line formed. The ice cream melted pretty immediately. We chose to sit at a table right in front of the location. The second we sit, it's already melting and toppings falling off onto the table. Despite that, it was pretty good. Shareable serving, probably not worth $17+ for the one cone though. So I'm not judging because it was first day presentation was super cool but taste and everything else was pretty mid. The entire Rode72 was super crazy busy on Sunday evening. Self serve counter available to order your treat. We decided to order two frozen yogurt treat, both with Oreo frozen yogurt and one original and the other chocolate bubble cone. Your order comes with 3 toppings and there are extra add ons, like fruit topping, marshmallows and macaroons to name a few. After about 30 minutes of placing order, we got our treats (hope it's just a 2nd day opening slowness). They look amazing and very trendy, but honestly it's more a hype. Nothing special about the bubble cone, other than it looks cool. No flavor, really. The actual frozen yogurt is nothing impressive either. Would I wait stand in a long line (about 25 minutes) to order and another 25 to get my order, probably not. Short story: the ice cream fell out of our cone and they wouldn't give us a new one. Long story: my family and I ordered two cones from this place, which was not cheap, $25. I got the cones and walked them out to my family, not easy, because the cones stand pretty tall. I mean cmon I just bought two ice cream cones for $25, but I was not about to pay for another ice cream discounted or not just because their tall ice cream fell out of my cone. A soft served ice cream that comes out of a machine. Could have pulled a lever and poured me a new one and kept me coming back instead they're getting this 1 star review. She tells me "well I'll go check the cameras to see if we made it incorrectly and it was leaning." In my head I'm like "really? It's ice cream lol." I didn't just steal a rare labubu or something. She comes back out and says it was straight up in the video so ultimately she wouldn't be giving me a new one. I was speechless. Service from the workers was good but having one kiosk to order didn't help the line go any faster; granted it was grand opening.
