Worse than the attitude is the sketchy handling of packages. My package was marked as 'delivered' and signed for by staff using completely different names than their own. When my wife went to pick up the package that they signed for, they suddenly 'can't find it' in the system. This isn't just bad service; it's a total lack of accountability.
