Spoke to a representative on the phone about their services. So friendly and informative. I would happily use them for postal needs.

Not a real FedEx dropoff. They can't generate preordered, prepared shipping labels from your FedEx provided label barcode.

They made sure my passport was expedited and even ate some of the cost for the express delivery. Super nice and recommend!

As a long time customer I can say this is one of the finest P.O. Box and mail services I've encountered. Everyone here is a professional.

I needed to get something printed, get passport photos taken for a non-US country as well as make a few more purchases.

It's the kind of business decision that baffles me and will prevent me from ever genuinely using their services besides a drop-off point for Amazon returns. It does not cost anywhere close to $4 to print a return label, and to price-gouge a MAILING LABEL is just madness to me. Do better.

My package is still lost and not being tracked by UPS. SPARE YOURSELF THR HEARTACHE AND USE FEDEX. I received your review of The UPS Store and looked into it with the staff. Here was there report. Let me know if there's anything I can do to assist you with this claim. -Dennis Stein, Franchise Owner --- Michael Librizzi contacted 163 on Friday 3 pm to report that the package 1Z2XF1830382206367 had not been delivered and had no scans. This shipment was UPS Ground residential so Spencer explained that UPS has until 8 pm to deliver and sometimes the scans are updated after the package is delivered. Spencer also explained that a claim would be processed if package was lost. Michael called back an hour later and spoke with Dawn. She confirmed sender and recipients address. Dawn tried to open the claim on UPS.com, but the online system would not allow her to began the claim because tracking showed in transit. She explained to Michael but he was upset. She explained she would try again Monday. Yesterday Dawn started the investigation and contact the sender, Eileen xxx and left message with update. As of today the tracking only shows investigation started and package has not been delivered. [inaccurate as shown in UPS App " Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. 08/10/2022 5:15 PM". The only other entry in the tracking App, "We've begun an investigation to locate the package. 08/15/2022 1:58 PM Sparks, NV, US" ] Dawn says that she did not hang up on the customer nor was she rude. She says that she tried to explain the process but the customer had a very strong accent and was not listening to her. [ no I do not have an accent, and yes, Dawn hung up on me]

    Mail Station

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
