Opp that's another fee, extra $5 a month for another person added on. Leave a package for an extra day? FEE. F-ING ridiculous. My wife and I will be changing mailbox services, FEDEX is literally in the same shopping center, and doesn't have all the extra fees, the owners of this location should be ashamed of their outright greed.

This means, I love the flexibility and temporary nature of the virtual design world... and print actually gives me much anxiety! Over the years, I've learned to trust FedEx print services over Staples for many reasons. If I'm in a rush or printing some thing that doesn't matter much like labels or etc. I'll print same-day staples but if I care about the quality of the color or the quality of the cut, it's FedEx all the way. I print for work every couple of months, be it posters, brochures, displays at trade show booths, etc. I don't own a printer so I go to Staples for quite a lot of single print jobs like USPS labels or something that doesn't really matter but I've learned, through trial and error, quality printing in color has to be done at FedEx. This week I had a personal need. I am DIYing my wedding invites and while I got the laser cut jacket of my dreams, I needed a detailed print to insert into said jacket for obvious reasons. The best option I found was a 4 x 6 postcard. Staples had the option to upload your own design for $35 for 100 and FedEx had it discounted for $40 for 100 (normally $80/100!). Knowing what I know about color printing with both vendors, I paid the extra and went with FedEx. When I picked them up, unfortunately the proof did not match the product that I saw at pick up. It's a small detail, but the design was shifted a quarter of an inch cutting off one piece of art a little bit and exaggerating the side and lower margins. Normally for paper goods that I know we're going to be thrown away at a tradeshow or etc, I would not bother. But these were my wedding invites. I hope and pray that my guests have these invites on their refrigerators and Bulletin boards for months to simply remember that they have something amazing to look forward to: my wedding. So with that I did something I never do... I requested a reprint and cut. There wasn't too much pushback at all, and I spoke directly with the person that cut them the first time: Xavier. He was very understanding. He explained the proofing process and the bleed lines and all the things that I know to be true about printing. With all that said, he was very gracious and willing to reprint and move the design slightly. I asked if I needed to elaborate or if I could help it anyway, in the designing the perfect cut and he said, no problem I got it handled. Because my order had already been designated as picked up he was willing to take my phone number and give me a call once that print happened. It was only about three or four hours later and I had the perfect cut in hand graciously provided by Xavier. It's kind of service and commitment to excellence that keeps me paying more and coming back to FedEx. If you're going to need same-day printing or quick prints, use FedEx. You won't regret it and if you get there and your print doesn't meet your expectations they will most likely graciously, reprint for you. Thank you so much, Xavier! I am so excited to send out these wedding invites and I will absolutely be telling all my friends and family and everyone that FedEx is the place to print.

On my last few early afternoon visits, the line has been long, and there have been only two folks working at the counter. However, the line moves fairly quickly and isn't too much of a hassle. Try to stop in early if you're in a hurry so you can avoid a wait. There's a decent size lot in the front of the building where you can park, but spots do fill up quickly. The good thing is that people usually don't linger in their spots for longer than they have to, so the wait usually isn't too long. Service is always friendly and helpful. I do wish that the USPS was doing a little better so they could hire more folks to work the counter and make our time in the Post Office a bit more efficient. Thanks!

I've seen them de-escalate a lot of problems and help people who are distressed. Really can't say enough high things about these individuals! There's a huge parking lot, and even a bike rack, so parking is easy. The prices are great and usually beat fedex across the street. The only downside can be the wait! I think they're a little short staffed, but who isn't these days? Avoid going at noon or like 4:00, because the line can get really long. Overall, a great post office with outstanding people.

At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

My father and I have been nothing less than delighted with all the assistance Sima has given us, down to helping load the heavier boxes into his car! When I walk in, I typically am warmly greeted by staff. I have gone a few other times for various services. When planning my last trip out of the country, I realized that my passport had expired, and I needed to do priority processing to get it quickly. I went to this Postal Plus to get my passport photos taken. It was quick and easy. Recently, I had to have a document notarized. I was happy when I called to find that the owner was a notary, and would be there and available all day. It cost $15 which I believe is the going rate. There was a long line with a few customers before me and a few after me. After all, it was the holiday season. I thought he handled the line well without making people feel rushed, however, trying to get a few of the quicker services taken care of first. Regardless, I was in and out pretty quickly and on my way. I learned that this postal stop is moving a few blocks away due to increases in rent. It is a convenient shop to have nearby.

This is the only location in our area that does the passports and the staff at this location are very rude when you don't have your materials or an appointment. Even tho online it says walk in welcome. The staff here will NOT help you. They don't answer any questions and just bark at you that it's all online. They seem to be VERY irritated that they have to do the passport process. There's one lady in particular who've I've now dealt with 3 times who is absolutely awful- good luck to all the moms just trying to get their kids documents, this place sucks!

yesterday was my first foray into this business. i was trying to ship a car key to arhentina. my…read moreonline researched showed me that fedex had two options, $60 for a one day delivery, $30 for a second day delivery. opted for the $30 variant and went into fedex to find out that the minimum charge to get an 0.05 oz car ket to argentina was $190. that just blew me out of the water. to his credit, he did advise me that aero mail may have different options...it took me a while to figure out they were next to the restaurant at the entrance to montgomery field (the lady at the apartments told me) and Kat was absolutely fantastic. for starters their fedex rate was even lower than the efedx office but still through the roof...long story short i sent the key for $45 and today i got usps tracking data, which reminded me i had promised Kat a 5 star review.

This is my favorite place to mail any package from any carrier! The staff is more than friendly…read more They are basically like family or friends at this point lol! Parking is plenty full and free. The store has great hours and is always very organized and clean. They have many options and even have cute things to add to your packages like stuffed plushy's . I truly can't say enough about how amazing the staff is! The value is great. They have really amazing prices. I'm often able to mail things for way cheaper than I would at the normal post office. I know they offer many services but they definitely offer USPS and UPS.
