After walking around the park and the amphitheater. We decided to come here for some food and libations. Not a hard decision as they are the only establishment open here serving food and drinks. Its quite expansive here. With a nice eating area outside. Our waitress was super nice. Food comes out quickly. And the drinks are not bad. We ordered their burger. It was pretty good. The fries were so so. The drinks looked beautiful and tasted amazing. They close about an hour before sunset. So during the fall winter time, they close quite early. But they dont rush you out. Pricing is fair for a touristy area. We had several other things on their menu. And they were all pretty good. A solid establishment for sustenance and libations when visiting red rock amphitheater!!

Absolutely delicious food! With wonderful scenery at a beautiful location. The Autumn Gnocchi was vegan and GF and honestly some of the best gnocchi I've had. The texture was mindblowing and the butternut squash gave it the perfect amount of sweetness. The fries had an aioli that made it super addicting and dangerous. Servers were terrific. Super nice to us, and even accommodated our furbabies (though probably because it was a slower day, don't think dogs are normally allowed on busy days). The amphitheater is nice and the rocks are stunning, but this restaurant had no business being as good as it was. What a find!

Our first time to the amphitheater and we were able to snag this killer view table before our show. We were able to watch the sun go down while enjoying a great meal. It was pretty cool to have such good food at a concert venue. We ordered 4 meals, an app and 4 drinks for under $100. Can't beat it. Our waiter was great, made good recs and always was attentive. Our food was great. I'd highly recommend the chili and lobster roll. The roll was so refreshing. The duck carnitas are very heavy and rich, so I'd recommend sharing those. They open for reservations prior to shows, or walk ins when the doors open to the venue. You can also stop in for lunch any day of the week.

Stopped in here after our hike for a quick snack and we really enjoyed the Chicharrones Queso. The server was very friendly and the ambiance is unbeatable if you eat outside.

Chicken lollipops- spectacular! It's a big portion for being considered on menu as a "snack"!

This place is a gem in a tourist zone. I've brought visitors twice now and the food has been spot‑on every time. Even my guests were impressed. Consistently delicious, easy to get a table, servers are attentive and super responsive. You have to sit on their patio as you will have an amazing view and ambiance. DEFINITELY a must‑visit.

Such a cool spot! I'm glad we got to experience it without the rush of people during a concert. Went here to walk around red rocks and ended our hike with lunch out on their patio. Incredible views while enjoying a fat tire beer on draft and the duck carnitas tostada. Would love to come again when we're back in town!

Hot honey chicken sandwich. Amazing!! Not super hot at all

Well worth the price and to be honest, it wasn't that expensive. We even got in early and preferred parking since we made reservations. The cost was $75 to make the reservation but the fee goes towards food and drink, so well worth the price. We got the smash burgers, the chili cheese fries and a salad and some drinks and it was well with the price. Again, we got in early the venue before the rest of the crowds.

We decided to have lunch here on a whim while enjoying the amphitheater and we enjoyed our visit. We sat outside where there was a nice view of the mountain and a nice breeze. The prices were not crazy considering the location. Husband and I each got the chicken sandwich and it was $18. We both really enjoyed it. The chicken had a great flavor and we both really enjoyed the pickles. The service was a bit slow. I had asked for ketchup while ordering and the food came with no ketchup. It was a while before the server came back and I had to ask again.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service. I am sure you know that to visit the Ship Rock Grille you must have a Red Rocks concert ticket for that evening, restaurant is located within the security perimeter. For my group this was an excellent way to start the show. The menu is not lengthy and includes some fairly standard fare. Burgers, French fries, Tostados = comfort food. Fairly good bar and cocktail selection. Service was friendly and relatively quick. You will also need a reservation to get in.

The first thing we have to talk about... the view....wow there are not enough words for the outdoor seating. We had a rocks burger and fries, both items were very good. We went a few hours before a show, we didn't have to wait and the service was quick.

I see you need to pay $25 per person for reservations. Does that money go towards food or is it a cover charge to get in and then food and drinks are extra fee?

Goes toward your total food/ drinks bill

This restaurant is absolutely excellent. I would come here regardless of whether I was seeing a concert or not. The attention to detail, from the decor, to the drinks, to the food, to the service, is darn near perfect. We tried a mocktail and a cocktail, both cucumber-based. They were basically slightly different versions of the same drink and they were both wonderful and very refreshing. This place absolutely hits home runs with their cheese and charcuterie boards. They are stunningly beautiful. We went with two meats and two cheeses and our server provided excellent recommendations. We probably didn't need to have any more food other than the cheese and meat board but we decided to split a filet mignon and it was excellent. The food, drinks, decor, and service were all top-notch. I would return here again and again. I would eat and drink my way through the whole menu like a hungry goat, I guess.

We were excited to try them because they said they made their own juice, which I believe, but it may have gone sour or something. The goat cheese appetizer was not for me, it was just hot liquidy cheese. Maybe it would be better in the winter. The salmon was decent but not what I expected. It was almost prepared like an Asian dish. However the service was awesome. The ambiance is cute but I wouldn't recommend it for a super hot day because the restaurant is indoor/outdoor

Not so hidden gem!…read more We finished a hike in Evergreen and headed for brunch at Blackbird cafe. It was about 10am and we waited for an outside seat for about 20 minutes. They were busy but churning tables in and out. Limited parking is available in front but we did what most were doing, parked on the side of the road across from the restaurant. It was great to see how young people (teenagers and early 20 years olds) were working at this local spot. They were also doing an amazing job being attentive. We got the tea of the Tillman drink to soothe our thirst after a hike and the summer heat. It was tart but refreshing. I have never had a drink like it before. I highly recommend trying it. We ordered chilaquiles, breakfast burrito, and the mushroom omelette. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and came away full! If you're in the area around breakfast or lunch time, stop in. They have deserts and hand pies to-go. We didn't try them but they looked delicious.
