Perfect for meeting friends having a gathering we're just having dinner on a business trip. There's an above average beer offering as well as a full bar. I chose to have an old-fashioned with my meal. There's a large selection of shareable's and I chose the crab dip and it was nicely done. There's five or six flatbread pizzas to choose from a nice offering of salads as well as sandwiches, and four entrées, consisting of mac & cheese, fish and chips, muscles, pork cutlet. I always enjoy Reuben so I took their twist of a Reuben cheesesteak on a pretzel hoagie, which was nice and soft and a fun twist on a Reuben. If you're local, I think it's a great location to meet friends and have a beer after work if you're traveling like myself it's a great option versus the standard national brands.

The menu changes often and stays interesting, and the rotating selection of flavorful brews and creative libations can easily keep you here for hours. My go to salmon BLT, Reuben cheesesteak and inglorious bratwurst. Don't forget the bbq nachos, cheese curds and spice bagged wings! We come at least once a week and always bring out-of-town visitors here--everyone is impressed by the quality of the food and the warm, welcoming service. Don't skip the rotating desserts--they're always worth it. Live music on Saturdays and trivia on Tuesdays just add to the fun. If I could give this place six stars, I would. It's that good.

If I'm being honest, I don't know what else would draw you here; but if you're looking for a low-key, fun spot to watch a game on TV, I could see coming here for that. Beer is tasty, a mix of their own brews and locally sourced drafts. They have a handful of cocktails and soft drinks if beer is not your thing. I've always found the beer here to be above average. If you're not coming to see a game a Subaru Park, just make sure there's no events happening when you visit because there is usually a cost to park during the soccer season. This is a popular game day spot, and Larimer always stays organized, providing great service each time. Mix of indoor and outdoor seating is available, and in favorable weather, they open their large garage doors. They do not sell food! Check their socials to see if a food truck or vendor is on site if you're hoping to eat. They partner with Spite Curiosities often, which is a very tasty local vendor with delicious sandwiches and tomato pies - you MUST try their cookies! We ended up at Testa Rossa on a Saturday afternoon after dropping off one of the girls for a…read morebirthday party at SkyZone. Dinner was only a few hours off, but a bit too soon for a full lunch. However, the menu got the best of us and we ended up ordering a bunch of little things which ended up being far too much, but definitely in a good way. The space is quirky with a wonderful neo-mod design that is very eye catching and makes great use of the old diner aesthetic of the previous space, while improving upon it a hundredfold by making it much classier but not over the top. It does feel decidedly like a 1960's Italian locale out of a Roger Moore or Sean Connery era Bond film; to great effect. Another thing I loved about the design is that it feels compact but not small. I dislike huge restaurants, and love the family owned vibe, and this space occupies the very nice Goldilocks zone between being 'just right'. The food was good and I will get to that, but what really made our experience was our outstanding, amazing, dare I say...... legendary server, Alice. She was just flat out hands down an all around pro with a great attitude, a kind smile, and a wonderful personality who knew exactly how to keep a table like ours happy, engaged, and ready to come back again. This is something that I feel has been missing in so many places since Covid occurred, and encountering someone as great as Alice just really made the whole time there a notch above. Finally getting to the food, which was obviously delicious, there was nothing that was absolutely mind blowing, but all of it was very unique and extremely well prepared and flavorful. I did like that not everything was tomato-centric on the menu and there was a vast variety of different dishes that match the uniqueness of the space. The highlight for me was the carrot soup, not an every day item, that was nice and heavy with cumin. Brilliant flavors but not too forward, which followed our caprese dip that was an outstanding take on a dish that everyone loves, but is overdone at this point. The bread they are serving here is insanely good; either lightly toasted or grilled quickly on a flat grill, I am not sure, but slathered with high quality olive oil and it's perfectly soft, crispy, crusty, and chewy all at the same time. Testa Rossa is definitely worth checking out, and we only went for a few small plates with the intention of it being a snack. Apparently the family has more than one location, although I am not sure where the others are. If you are near Glen Mills, it is definitely worth the trip to stop in here and give them a try. Oh, and don't forget to pair your food with the super cool espresso martini tower, because you get to choose the flavors, but I'm still sticking with classic as my favorite!

Service the absolute worst- Bar very slow...and needs to purchase more rocks glasses... It shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a glass of wine!! Busy? Hire more f**ing people... Order pizza well done came out under cooked Ordered lasagna extra hot!!! Came out warm... I will say they did make another pizza and didn't charge us for either the pizza or lasagna Although all the while as we are stuck with half the table eating and half waiting for their food had no choice but to order another round of mediocre Pinot Grigio (they sell by the glass but not by the bottle...) asked our server about buying a bottle which she NEVER found out for us!!! Manager tried but honestly not much you can do at the point he showed up... Restaurant business is tough- been there done that but come on this was pretty basic stuff that was 100% screwed up!!! Personally NEVER AGAIN

The bar tender kept saying that they just tapped those kegs but what he meant is that the kegs 'kicked' as they were no longer available. Our flights were ok but not the best craft beer I've tried. For the tiny location that is tucked away off of Old State in Media, there is so much more space in here than one would expect when looking from the outside. We were actually seated at first, but already had dinner plans for a bit later in the evening so moved to the bar area, which we had a little bit of trouble finding at first, but was OBVIOUS once we realized where it was located within the building. Everyone was wonderful and the place was pretty busy for as early in the evening that we arrived, and each person we encountered was great, including Ryan behind the bar where we eventually settled. He was quick with our beer order; me settling with an Oktoberfest, another of us with a nitro porter, and yet another with an Orange crush, as well as a nice heaping plate of sweet potato fries that were perfectly crisp, salted impeccably, and served piping hot...possibly some of the best I've had in the area The beer was outstanding, with the nitro porter easily being the star of the drink order. However, neither of the others were any slouch, and everything came quickly, with the staff very keen on our requests due to our reservations elsewhere later on. Having been in the area for several years now and frequenting Media, I likely should have come here far earlier and many more times by now, although it simply hadn't happened yet. This will definitely be a place that I will be returning to for a full meal, a few flights and some other drinks so that I can fully experience their offerings beyond what I can find in stores close to me. If you are in Media and want some barbecue and tasty, fresh, local brews, do not pass up the Stirling Pig.
