    IPA at 2SP
    Jason S.

I stopped for a quick beer at 2SP. 2SP is located outside of Upland in a small industrial park. Plenty of seating and a large selection of beer; with plenty of beer choices to go. I had one of the IPAs. The bartender was attentive and the other patrons were friendly. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well. Give them a try.

The very cool cat from 2SP!

Not an easy to get to location but the beer is VG, the staff very nice and the venue has a cool vibe - DEFINITELY worth the visit! You can also meet their cat!

Very cool place with unique way of serving flights. Bartenders are very friendly and helpful. The customers seem to be the very friendly type. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to grab some brews. They have chips but no food. Come check it out!!

Great service by Anthony! It was very busy and then never forgot us. Nice ambiance. Food was much better than my local 2SP.

If I'm being honest, I don't know what else would draw you here; but if you're looking for a low-key, fun spot to watch a game on TV, I could see coming here for that. Beer is tasty, a mix of their own brews and locally sourced drafts. They have a handful of cocktails and soft drinks if beer is not your thing. I've always found the beer here to be above average. If you're not coming to see a game a Subaru Park, just make sure there's no events happening when you visit because there is usually a cost to park during the soccer season. This is a popular game day spot, and Larimer always stays organized, providing great service each time. Mix of indoor and outdoor seating is available, and in favorable weather, they open their large garage doors. They do not sell food! Check their socials to see if a food truck or vendor is on site if you're hoping to eat. They partner with Spite Curiosities often, which is a very tasty local vendor with delicious sandwiches and tomato pies - you MUST try their cookies! It was amazing. You can see it from the interstate, but it's tough to get through the warren of Chester streets to get to it. Your best bet is to just walk down 17th street towards Philadelphia. When you think there's no way that a BAR could possibly be back HERE, you're almost there. The road ends in Maggie May's, basically. Cheap drinks, cozy space, friendly bartender. Show up 3 times and be polite and you'll be a regular whose drink orders are remembered. I love this place.

I'm grateful that Sterling Pig has the taste and integrity to serve real potato French fries. I've stopped buying fries most places because it's all reconstituted junk anymore, but Sterling Pig's are legit. Thank you! Pulled pork is well rendered with expected flavor and is just simple and satisfying as it should be; grilled meat. No hint of a water bath or any of the cockamamie things some cooks can do to pork meat. Not super smokey but it doesn't need to be, and it doesn't need sauce either which means it's good meat to eat alone. Brisket had all the desired flavor but loads of fat. I don't like paying for gristle and fat when I pay by the pound. Otherwise, they are one of the few places up here who can get flavor right. Big Bad Wolf in Aston used to make great burnt ends with delicious flavor but quality waned last time I tried it. All in all Sterling Pig is pretty good and if you're not used to weeks of GA BBQ every year like we are, you're definitely in for a treat among local options.
