It was more like hanging out at a friends house than a bar. The bartender is super friendly, explains the beers well, and makes you feel at home. They sometimes have food trucks outside (which I didn't get to try) but you are welcome to bring your own food as well. The open space and laid back atmosphere makes this place perfect for catching up with a friend, a conversation focused date, or meeting with a group of colleagues. If you just want to kick back and read a book while you have some craft beer, this is the place for that too. The beers were good. They were heavy on the IPA selections which isn't my priority, but I look forward to trying more of the beers in the future. If I get to try some good stouts or seasonals, I will probably bump this up to a 5 star.
