I was told my phone number was flagged because I returned some stock paint and that was the reasoning for my order kept being cancelled and I had to come down to the store to have my id and credit card verified. I've never ordered paint online so this was the first time, and probably last unless Home Depot starts offering better paint. I like this paint, hopefully, Sherwin Williams becomes the paint for Home Depot, the paint is good quality but the customer experience is not worth your time. True Value carries this paint and the experience is different but the online ordering is not as exceptional as Home Depot. Well, my thing anymore with customer experience is, they don't force you into door just go to another location. As mentioned, the manager is really good.

It's like, I have no idea what I'm doing with repairing my home, and get in my head at just how bad I am at home repair! But this is a place for people like me who are clueless. Though, not gonna lie, I love the home decor section. Clearly, we know my priorities. But in the end, they're always very helpful no matter my home needs. My friend and camein here today because I had recently purchased a home in the are and the kitchen cabinets absolutely needed to be painted. I knew that Benjamin Moore paints are of superior quality, so this store was the first place that came to mind. The friendly employee was able to give me some guidance in terms of the types of materials that I would need for the job. In addition to the paint. I purchased some masking tape, plastic sheathing, a lambskin roller cover, and a new upgraded paint brush. In terms of the paint type, he recommended the Benjamin Moore Advance paint for the cabinets. He told me that most customers preferred the satin type of finish for cabinets, and the great part was that the paint could be tinted to the specific grey color that I like. Now that I have the paint and supplies that are needed, the fun part begins!

Usually, the service is top notch and you can count on professional salespeople to take care of your needs. My daughter wanted wine and champagne glasses for the holidays. I called the store and Kathryn was a huge help and so sweet. She special ordered some of the stemware and wrapped up,(beautifully, I might add)what she had in stock. I paid over the phone and the process was seamless and easy. The only hiccup, was when I went into pick up my order. There is a special area for people picking up special orders. I waited over 15 minutes, while there were two employees at the checkout line helping other customers. I asked if one of the employees could call for help and she did, but no one came. So, I deducted a star for the lack of customer service. My daughter loved her glasses and I can't wait to toast her with her new stemware. Thanks again Kathryn for doing an exceptional job. If you are looking for something special and we'll made, then Crate and Barrel is the place for you.

I have been a frequent customer for years and have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture from this company. I've had disappointing service from them before, but this was the last straw. Last August I purchased dining room chairs which I was told would be ready for delivery in 6 weeks. Many delays later, the chairs were finally ready for delivery on April 6th, 8 months later. A voicemail instructed me to call to provide the balance payment. My first attempt calling resulted in a hold tine of 40 minutes before I got disconnected. The second call I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got to speak to a human, I was informed that my designer's discount would not honored, even though she has a C&B designer account. Turns out her information was not entered when she placed the order, and they would not honor it retroactively. I would have cancelled this order except the chairs were on sale and not refundable. I'm done with C&B

While I have…read moreused their online services and frequented many stores over the years, in the last couple of weeks, I ended up using the 14th Street store for two separate frame jobs I needed done, and both experiences were 5 for 5. First, I wanted to reframe a painting that my grandmother gave me. I walked in with it two weeks ago, got incredible help/advice from the store manager (forgetting her name - apologies) and got the piece back earlier this week. It is beautiful - framed perfectly. The speed and quality are unmatched and service was phenomenal. And today, I placed an order for a framed picture that I wanted to pick up in the store today. I placed the order online and Jason called within about an hour to let me know they were out of the frame. I said no big deal, I had wanted it today but I could wait for when they get it in store. Jason called back about 30 minutes later to let me know he had contacted the Union Market store, they had it in stock and were bringing it over to the 14th street location. He would have it ready in 30 minutes. Above and beyond! Through it all he was so kind, clear and responsive. Truly - this 14th street location is wonderful, and represents what has consistently been all of my experiences with Framebridge over the years!
