I came here today (the grand opening is tomorrow, and it's BOGO). It was good! The customer service was also good, management seems really nice. The employees are still in training so it may be a little slow but they're learning, be patient! The quality of the drink was good as well, sometimes places in the beginning suck but this place was fine. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the price is .50 cents more than their other location. Not sure why :( that's the only down side. Otherwise I would recommend. read more

I love the chewiness of the boba & I like that it's a little warm. It goes perfectly with the drink. Ding Tea is right down the street but I'm a bigger fan of Sharetea. Ding Tea's boba's are too firm. Sharetea sweeter & chewier boba. They only have 1 size & it's a large. But who's complaining about a large boba?! The only thing is that the music is so loud here. We were eyeing this place for quite some time and fortunately today happened to be their official opening with a BOGO. It was quite crowded and it did take some 30 mins for our drinks. We got the pearl milk tea and a kiwi fruit tea with jelly. The boba was good. We got both without sugar. The milk tea was as expected without the sugar but the kiwi tea was sweet even without the sugar, can't imagine the sweetness with sugar. We liked both drinks. I was in the mood for some boba (when are we not??!!). Decided to check this place on my way back from Home Depot (gardening -new Covid hobby). It wasn't crowded. They did have distancing stickers on the floor to practice social distancing. I noticed that there were a lot of workers behind the counter and it was loud. They were having multiple conversations. Anyway I decided to try one of their new drinks - Husky. It's a red bean blended with 5 different toppings. It was DELICIOUS. Probably one of the best tasting boba drinks. Toppings were cooked perfectly. Pearls were sweet, soft and chewy (not starchy), pudding had a perfect consistency and overall drink wasn't overall sweet, which I had asked for half sweet but cashier guy said he couldn't adjust the sweetness on the new drinks. So I was afraid it was going to be too sweet but it wasn't! There's also only one size cup. Once you ordered, you wait outside for your number to be called. After hearing about Sharetea opening in Torrance, I was excited to give it a try. I stopped by on a Sunday at around 5:30pm. The place was pretty slow at the time. I was greeted and helped right away as soon as I got to the register area. The customer service was excellent. The girl who took my order and all their other employees all had smiles on their faces and looked very professional. She even brought over the drink to me when I was sitting down on the table. Now the reason why I gave this place 3 out of 5 stars is because of the taste of the drink. I ordered the basic black milk tea with boba, extra sweetness and less ice (I ALWAYS get this at every boba shop I go to). The drink looked really good, until I took my first sip of it. The milk tea was so watered down and had almost no sweetness to it, and the boba was absolute garbage. Hard, dry, and not even a single bit of sweetness to it. I'm not sure if that was because it was a fresh batch where the boba didn't get the sugar soaked in, or if that's just how their boba tastes like. By that time I had already left and didn't want to turn back. I will however give this place another try one day to see if it tastes any better than it did my first time, and if it does I will definitely update my review. read more

If you come late, they run out of boba because the kitchen closes at 7 (as of what the barista told us). My friends and I came in at 8-ish pm. Granted, there were a good amount of people so I expected to wait for quite a bit. There was a line but it moved at a timely manner. We then ordered our drinks and the lady said that they RAN OUR OF BOBA. It would have been better if I was informed prior to being asked about what I wanted to order. Regardless, I still ordered due to the fact that this location is fairly new. I don't know any other boba place that run out of boba before their closing time. I hope they work on having boba even until 9pm. Some people go to a boba place, for boba. Other than no boba, the drinks are good! They have one size but it's great for how much you're paying. You get to choose how sweet it is and how much ice it gets. They also give you a stamp card, which no boba place around here, does anymore. Could be a little more organized but they did just open. Overall the workers are really nice and the place is super clean. The line and wait can get long and parking can be very hard to find at times but I'm sure it will die down. Be aware that it is located in a reallyyyy small plaza with many other retail stores as well. I saw people park all the way across the street because they couldn't find parking. Other than that everything else was fine. Their variety of drinks and toppings are great. Everything I have tried so far were all delicous. I recommend the classic milk tea compared to the honey milk tea. Their mango or strawberry ice blends are really good as well, but if you aren't into super sweet drinks you probably won't like it as much. It comes with ice cream on top but I order without, it's just too sugary. The lychee is good and so is their boba. The texture is nice. I'd definitely come back here again. read more

Ordered a matcha icey and it was watered down. Wasnt sweet at all. I mean the ice cream topping was cool but it just didnt hit the spot. And there was chunks of ice throughout the drink. Could of blended it longer. I was expecting a nice smooth texture, you know kinda like a milk shake. But like I said it was extra chunky. Reminded me of a 7/11 icey. Some donut shops make better boba than this place. Wont be returning. On a positive note customer service was A+. They greet you when you walk in and smile. They allow call ins, unlike local boba shops. You still have to wait in line to pay and pick up the order but normally the order is ready by that time. I appreciate the ability to adjust the sweetness level however it can be deceiving because some of the drinks require flavoring that are pre-sweetened, so even if you ask for 0% sugar, it is still sweet. Also, the reason for my original rating is no longer an issue...the ginger milk tea taste the same as the other Sharedtea locations. read more

Get the Golden Retriever w whatever milk tea of your choice (I always get black). It's filled with all these toppings (custard, mini boba, regular boba, lychee) that amount to an entire meal's worth of calories but it's worth it. Just pulled over bc we were in the neighborhood and we love other share tea shops we've been to. We ordered 6 drinks and everyone loved their teas. Bobas were perfectly chewy and not overly sweet. Hubby got the Okinawa milk tea at 80 percent sweet - one of the best versions we've tasted. All the fruit teas we ordered had real fruit and real tea. It did take them a while bc there was a good number of customers and hanging out in the parking lot due to covid isn't the best atmosphere to wait in, but the drinks made it worth it. read more

Usually go to the Cerritos location and order Wintermelon Milk Tea (not fresh milk), but this location doesn't know how to make it yet I guess. It's not on the menu, but the Cerritos guys seem to know how to make/accommodate the order since I've had no issue ordering it in the past. Terrible Boba tea...went there for 2 boba teas ( not our usual place that's awesome) but thought we would try this place as we was near it. The basic taro boba tea was not made properly, the cups was filled with far too much ice the teas was all milk and I mean ALL milk! I asked for sugar natural,..for no sugar unsweetened. My drink was okay. tip if you ever go: get milk tea like 100 or 50% sweet cause 30% is nothing. I got 30% with ice cream thinking the ice cream would make it a little bit sweeter but nope. Didn't realize this was a worldwide chain. Yummy boba--it was busy on a Sunday night right before closing but they have a decent amount of staff. I think I've gotten my drinks quicker at Honey Boba but it was worth the wait. The boba was pretty sweet itself but the milk tea was solid. My friend got a strawberry smoothie and she liked it, another got a coffee milk tea. They even had special St. Patty's day cups. :). Will go back for sure when I need my fix. read more

The worst sharetea Location ever been to! Boba wasn't cooked well compared to other sharetea locations I've been to (tasted stiff and under cooked) The workers looked miserable working there. The manager Asian kid told me I cannot change my drink in my milk tea. I cannot have too much milk ( lactose intolerant) even though he says it's non dairy so I asked for less amount and he says that will be a one time courtesy and they can't do that anymore. This is the one boba place with a menu I can easily read and understand. Seriously, why are boba menu boards so small? That's why I love the drink pictures at the counter here and the simple customization options. Easy peasy. The teas here are great and the boba is always fresh with a great bite. Or as they say QQ. I do wish this strip mall had better parking spaces. I like this place enough that I'd park on the side streets and walk over to order.
